I do not recommend buying from this…

I do not recommend buying from this company for the main reason that you can't try the product until you receive it and if it doesn't fit or meet your needs YOU have to pay the return shipping and arrange your own label! It cost $11 to return a $30 pair of boots.

They did not reply to my email right away and they did not answer all the questions I asked until I asked a second time. Not impressed.

In 2023 it's ridiculous that I would be expected to arrange my own shipping and pay half the price of the item just to get a return!! They do NOT offer exchanges so your only option is a return. But they did offer me a 15% discount on my next purchase lol, which would save me less than the price of shipping and is less than the discount I could find for free on google. If you choose to buy these overly priced socks, buy them from amazon where they are cheaper and there is actual customer service.

Cozy, soft, but too big for smaller feet

Hello these are cozy and soft. But heres why they got 4 stars rather than 5. They're too big! I am a 7 and these are supposed to be OSFA/fits 6-10.. There should be 2 sizes... one for 6-8 & one for 8+ or 8-10/11... i wear them with socks so they're more snug. Also wish the sole was cushier. Otherwise they're a nice slipper. Just microwaved them for 1 minute and they're nice and warm...

Be Careful

First of all these little guys are adorable!! I ordered one in June time for my grandson, but I was stupid and held onto it for Christmas. I call myself stupid because when my 7 month old grandson opened his box, he hugged his dinosaur and was jabbed by what appeared at first glance to be something metal. Upon further examination we found several, not 1 or 2 but several lavender seed pods, they were very sharp and poking through the fabric. We have taken his warmie away and I contacted the company. They said, too bad you purchased it in June, it's December, your warranty is passed. So if nothing else make sure to squeeze your warmie immediately upon receiving in case anything is inside, because they will not back it after 60 days. I still had it in the original box shipped from them and everything. They are cute, but be careful.

Safety instructions should be clearer.

I heated my warmie on the microwave's metal shelf (WRONG!) which damaged the item after a few uses. The safety/care instructions didn't mention this. However, after emailing customer service, they advised the warmie should be put on the rotating plate rather than the metal shelf but they were good enough to send a replacement within a few days which was much appreciated.

I think it would be wise for the company to include this information on their instructions for use and/or care instructions.

You must also ensure the warmie has cooled down fully before re-heating which can take about 4 hours.

Dangerous

Used for the first time and went on fire in my microwave. I have a modern semens built in microwave. It went on fire after 25 seconds. On contacting the company they have informed me their product should only be used in a turn table microwave. I have asked them to put this on the packaging but feel it is very dangerous and would never use again. Photos can be provided

The best purchase experience we have ever had

When we went to the factory to buy two Warmies for our granddaughters because we couldn't rely on Royal Mail. We were disappointed to discover there is no shop to the public. Then up stood Peter who couldn't have been more helpful. He went into the factory to collect the two we wanted and then even arranged payment by phone when we could see him through the office window. What better service could you want, three cheers for Warmies and Peter and Merry Christmas

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

TERRIBLE customer support when I asked 2-3 minutes after ordering to change/correct the shipping address! I will never order anything else from this place, no matter how much Oprah likes them! And their company HQ is one state away from me.

Product is good but avoid unreliable website ordering

I received a warmies manatee as a gift last year and loved it. The person that bought the gift purchased from a third party retailer. Now I know what I did wrong I ordered an item three weeks ago from the Warmies website and have been super disappointed. I was sent a shipping notice the day after I ordered and 3 weeks later no item, no response from customer service, and zero indication that my item was even shipped. Last week I received a message saying to reach out to customer service if I didn't receive my package. I reached out immediately and still haven't heard back. Only contact options are an email address and a form that they allude to that doesn't appear to actually exist. At least not on the mobile site. I ordered in more than enough time to get the item by Christmas and now I'm thinking hope is lost. Absolute bummer. Don't buy from warmies.com

Bad customer service and product

I got a package deal of a small plush bigger one and neck wrap. When I got it my big plush and neck wrap were only half full. I sent and email of my complaint and all I got back an automatic reply of how I can send back that product at my cost and get a refund for just the price of product. No apologies or anything. Bad customer to me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ordering from warmies was the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. My first package was lost before it ever got to UPS. Their customer service said they would replace it and then took a week to tell me that my bear was sold out. They took another week to tell me I could pick another one, and then a few more days to even put in the order which is STILL not in. It’s been almost a month and not one single warmie has showed up to my door. I’m horribly disappointed in this company and their customer service.

I bought the Wolf and it looked…used.

I bought the Wolf and it looked horrible. I told the company and they didn't do anything. The ears were crooked, one was sewed on facing a different direction. One ear was a lot smaller than the other ear. The warmie was a lot smaller than the other warmies even though It was the larger warmie. It looked used. My son grabbed it before I could send it back. My son can't sleep with it because of Covid! It was dirty. Not safe to buy plushies during Covid because they could be used. The packaging wasn't good. The plushies were shoved in a very small box. No plastic , nothing. Everything about the plushie concerned me especially at this time of Covid and a small child sleeping or cuddling with it if it was used! Too unsafe!

I bought a koala bear for a gift…

I bought a koala 13” bear for a gift for my granddaughter’s birthday. The item that arrived was faulty. It’s head is crooked, one ear is turned nearly backwards, the eyes are up high on the head and covered with material and the nose is crooked. I wrote to customer service and waited over a week before calling them. I was told I could get a refund, but I have to pay to ship it back. I get a faulty item and get punished because quality control is not doing their job. I am not paying to send it back, and I bought a better item on Amazon. If you look at Warmies reviews on Amazon they conveniently won’t let you read the negative reviews.

Burst into flames

Where to start. I bought the warmies unicorn for my missus at christmas from tescos. She had plenty of use out of it up until today. Always heated for 90 seconds in a low wattage microwave without issue until the last few days when everytime we microwaved it, it started to give off a strange smell.
Anyways, today she put in the microwave as normal and into less than a minute of being microwaved it started to give off an awful smell. Soon after that it burst into flames in the microwave. Luckily she managed to get it out and throw it in the sink before it caused any damage. There was a really mess from this thing which looked like millions of round balls of wheat or something that resembled that. Scary and upsetting for us both is an understatement. The thing had not been washed or used any different to any other time since I bought it for her. If i still had the receipt and box from tescos I would be returning it. Not happy!

Used/dirty item sent to me

Ordered a long hotwater bottle

The plastic seals on the box were dirty and not sticking to the box. The item itself was dirty and a bit cheap. But dirty, I seem to have been sent a used item sold as new

Inferior item

Ordered a llama and a frog which arrived today, 9/12/2020. The llama is ok but the frog is a ratty scruffy looking item and not worth the money.
The packaging of the items is woefully bad,the two items were just shoved into a plastic delivery bag without any internal boxing or plastic wrapping.
The only reason I will not be returning the items is because I would have to pay the costs of returning them.
Will definitely not be ordering anything from Warmies again.

Puffin or Penguin, it's lovely to hug him!

We bought the puffin, but actually he was a penguin. When we bought him, we also thought he was a penguin, but then my husbie told me that Scotland doesn't have penguins, but that it has puffins. Today we went to the Warmies website, and discovered there were no puffins on sale. Our only critique would be that Warmies considers making puffins too, for representation, and to keep Scotland in the union. Great purchase. Huggable, lovable, snuggable!

Magical toy!

I bought an Intelex yellow duck 10 years ago at Christmas markets in Paris. Several years later it was adopted by my baby son and it became his favourite teddy. The duck is now called Patto and though he's not dirty as such, he's not yellow anymore. My son has dozens of fluffy toys, but there is just something special about Patto! I just wish I could wash it!
