Clear understanding of second homeowners Insurance.
Insuring a second home has always been a nightmare for me & my family for nearly 20 years .We bought our home after my youngest daughter died aged 32 years as a permanent memorial.In all that time it costs us more every year even though we have never made a claim. With Council tax for second homes rising by 100% we were afraid we would have to sell .How refreshing to find a company that takes into consideration special circumstances & have given us a very fair policy .

online support chat is surprisingly easy
not a lover of online chat support ,I prefer the personal approach , but this experience could change that .. dealing with a probate insurance for a property and is was surprisingly easy. Was expecting at least 45 min if I had called , all done in 15 and only 2 in the queue . Hoorah for technology .

Speedy and impressive service
Called me back straight away. Knowledgeable and friendly lady Solange answered all my questions (im renovating my house and needed to know what kind of insurance I needed), filled in all the forms for me and got me a great price. All really fast. When I did call them back a very nice lady answered the phone and put me through really quickly.
