An intelligent approach to my policy needs
My house is a new build with a very modern design and within 200M of a river, which I surprisingly found difficult to insure. I then came across Intelligent Insurance, who, as their name suggests, took an intelligent approach, rather than a tick box approach to my policy. The policy covers all my needs and a good price.

Buildings in probate insurance
Aislin went above and beyond my expectations to be helpful. If this is a moment where I'm about to learn they are actually a Chatbot, consider me a boomer. In what is the most stressful time of my life to date, Aislin has helped me to arrange my policy for my deceased dad's house and organise for the solicitors to administer payment. I'm beyond grateful, as so many other companies have flat-out said they won't insure a building in probate.

I was able to continue my house insurance at a lower rate than last year. I spoke to someone on the phone who explained that my premium would be taken from the card that I used last time. I was kept informed and everything was very straightforward.
