Having just purchased a new property with an unusual flat roof structure it was nice to talk to some one who was aware of this type of roofing EPDM. Very helpful and polite. There price was competitive so we also insured the contents with them. Very impressed so far. Mike Willgress.

Live chat never availible
They give a reference number as they need more information and ask you click on live chat. Did this several times only to be told that its not availible. The internet is full of companies offering insurance, so why would I be bothered with these.

The quote I received was for £242 but…
The quote I received was for £242 which is perhaps not the cheapest but when going through the app. online it jumped to £255.93 and because I required an insurance policy quickly I had to accept the change but I do feel I was ripped off but Intelligence Insurance phoned me and refunded the £13.93 and for that alone I would definitely use Intelligence Insurance again as honesty is super important to me and it is clear that they accepted that the rise in price was unfair and they chose to accept that by refunding me which is a great example of honesty.

Renewal cost went down!
Had expected my 1st 12 month renewal to go up in price by at least the cost of inflation but it has instead reduced by about 15%. Delighted to have found an insurer that offers loyalty or no claims reductions (I guess) - whatever the reason for the lower price, I’m just delighted it has cost me less this year for the same cover.

An intelligent approach to my policy needs
My house is a new build with a very modern design and within 200M of a river, which I surprisingly found difficult to insure. I then came across Intelligent Insurance, who, as their name suggests, took an intelligent approach, rather than a tick box approach to my policy. The policy covers all my needs and a good price.
