Great recovery
The handoff from frontline customer service to the registered agent was exceptionally poor - requiring me to have to repeat 100% of the information I had already provided online as well as over the phone to the customer service agent. Daniel handled this issue exceptionally well, however, and made up for the initial "ball drop". Had I only dealt with Daniel, I suspect five stars would have been in order.
