perfect replacement for a difficult to find part for my freezer

I ordered a replacement front for one of my freezer drawers.
The part arrived within a couple of days, well packaged and without any issues. I would happily use Inter Spares again.

I placed an order on 9th March 2026 and, despite paying promptly, received no updates or delivery. I had to chase this myself on 18th March, only receiving a response on 20th March saying the matter would be looked into. Unsurprisingly, no further update was provided.

After yet another follow-up on 24th March, I was finally told on 25th March that the item I ordered was out of stock. Instead of offering a proper resolution or apology, I was told I could have an alternative—but only if I paid an additional £15.95. This is completely unacceptable given the delay and lack of communication.

I replied promptly, but once again received no response and had to continue chasing, including on 1st April. When I eventually did receive a reply, it was dismissive and falsely claimed that I had already been contacted, which is simply not true.

The customer service throughout has been appalling. Zoe, who handled my case, was consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. There was no attempt to resolve the issue properly—only a clear focus on trying to get more money out of me. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and the tone used was unnecessarily confrontational.

I am still waiting for my order, and this entire experience has been frustrating, poorly handled, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering

I looked up the specific part number of a relay for my Wine Fridge. The image on their website and item description matched my part. When the item was delivered however, they've sent me a completely different relay! It's been over 2 weeks and nobody has bothered to reply to sort this out. All I asked was them to send the correct part out as I'm still waiting to fix my appliance.

I have placed an order since 14th March. I have been told it will be dispatched between 3-7 days. I've chased at least in 4 separate occasions and each time I was told, it will arrive next week and then the middle of the following week, tomorrow.. If you don't have items in stock, that's fine, it's not a problem, but making customer wait like this and without accurate expectations, and then with no correspondence to let me know when it will ACTUALLY be dispatched.

I have not been refunded either. Please sort yourselves out. It's exceptionally terrible customer service.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged.

I ordered the middle drawer for a CDA integrated fridge freezer which arrived promptly. After a couple of weeks I noticed a crack in it. I contacted Inter Spares, sent a photo of the drawer and requested another one. I received a replacement with no bother. Very good service 10/10

ill start by saying that i orderd the wrong part to start with but as soon as I told them about it they sorted out the corect part and got it on its way to me, then helped me sort the retern. there comunacation was exalant and I will defantly be useing them again

I really wanted the part in good condition. On Thursday 5 March I posted a 1 star review of Inter Spares. I was frustrated that a part I ordered in December had not arrived for me to use. The part I ordered a perspex shelf cost me £22.07. Why was I prepared to pay that amount for a perspex shelf when other suppliers were offering it me more cheaply. I studied the photos and it was obvious to me that the Inter Spares part was the same as my original but broken part. It would slot securely into my fridge door. The other products would not slot into place and were therefore a waste of money. On Thursday 12 March the part I ordered in December arrived. It was expertly packed and is in perfect condition. I slotted it into my fridge door. I am delighted, a happy customer. Thank you Inter Spares.

Needed a milk tray for my 12 years old Siemens Fridge . Contacted Inter Spares and they sorted everything out.
Very happy with their service, and I would use them again.

Ordered a light fitting for my cooker hood - picture on their website was an exact match and part number for the part I needed. Received a different part. Called for advice and was told the part has been updated (but they haven’t updated their web image). Was told someone would call be back, no return call. Emailed them, no reply. Have returned the part at cost to me via Royal Mail tracked and had no refund.

I ordered a part in January 2026 but nothing has arrived, no updates and almost impossible to speak to anyone in the company as the phones ring off. When I did manage to speak to someone a few weeks ago he assured me it would arrive the following week but it was clearly a lie to get me off the phone as nothing has arrived and no update. I would not recommend this company...

Ordered ages ago and paid quite a bit for delivery but still waiting. I chased it last Friday and was reassured it’d be here early this week but still nothing. I’ll have to report this company.
