I auctioned a product on this website, the carrier Packenger took the product from the auction house and prepared shipping since 23th, it has been a week but I still haven't received any update ever since. They don't tell me when it will be shipped nor the auction house is willing to help. I am very angry and upset and frustrated

Hello, the platform does not allow translation into Bulgarian. When I do this option, a warning window appears on my computer that I need to disable my translator because in this way I am using the platform in a degraded mode. This made my last online auction quite difficult. After the first game for a given lot, windows began to appear in French, the content of which I did not understand, and this prevented me from playing a second picture.
