Unhappy experiences and non returnable items
One auction house did not provide detailed photos. After the item is received, it is not subject to after-sales service.
Is the auction house not responsible for incomplete auction photos?

Fees too high
A decent auction platform with many sales, good search functionality and smooth bidding experience. However, when I can also participate in the same auction on Drouot.com (which is most often the case), then I go there, because Drouot only charges about half the surcharge of Interencheres.

Inconvénients : Aucune option pour imprimer une seule page de lot comprenant du texte et une photo (Liveauctioneers .com en est un excellent exemple). De plus, la version anglaise est manquante.

Cons: No option to print a single lot page that includes text and a photo (Liveauctioneers .com is a great example). Also, the English language version is missing.

Disgusting racist company
Disgusting racist company. You win live bids on their auction and they pass on the winning bid to someone else who bidded lower. You submit auto bids lot wins and they sell the lots to someone else. This company is racist a horrible company and deal with the biggest auction cowboys in France. I hope they go bust. They are only interested in selling to their compatriots and they rip them off too

All bids, whether secret bids or live bids, are taken into account and, unless the auctioneer had already validated the auction, the highest bid is always the winner: it is in the auctioneer's, the seller's and of course the bidders' interests to do so. Of course it doesn't matter who the bidder is: up until you win a bid, your information isn't given to the auctioneers.
