Always use interflora for flower.

Always use interflora for flowers they have such beautiful arrangements and colours. Their delivery service is fantastic too where you can choose the day of delivery. Would certainly recommend this company for flowers.

Not delivered on the correct date

Not delivered on the correct date, not delivered to the correct address. It was three days later that my mum received them. Very disappointed, I also had trouble completing my order online, the address field kept trying to automatically fill it.

Such a let down

I have a birth mother who lives in Australia.
This is the second year we have been in contact. I ordered flowers for Australian Mothers day.
They have never been delivered.
So i have not had the chance to buy her flowers for over 60 uears. And the second year I can. The most famous flower company let me down
There is no comeback from this.
Im heartbroken

Nothing like the picture

I was quite disappointed by the flowers which were actually delivered. They didn't really resemble the picture. There were a lot more roses in the picture and a lot more chrysanthemums in the actual flowers delivered.

Ordered flowers to be delivered before 12

Ordered flowers to be delivered before 12 today for sisters 60th birthday. They have not arrived, could not get hold of anyone. Earliest they can deliver is now Monday but they cannot even confirm that, so after her 60th. Spent a lot of money and paid extra for a before 12 delivery. As you can imagine I am thoroughly p***** off and upset. Offered a 25% refund. Wow!!!!

Doubtful company claims.

Company claims flowers to be supplied by local florist and although ordered in the UK they were delivered in packaging that had the feeling that it had come from outside the UK with several GB references on labelling and no delivery company name or code, no reference from where it had come and furthermore the delivery instructions were not followed and parcel was only found by chance.
Packaging very good and main bouquet was a large version of an inexpensive supermarket bunch.
The Second bouquet had been packed for a while and the wet packaging was dry. This was a very expensive gift that did not live up to company's claims. They will not be used again.
