Delighted

They arrived on the day requested; the selection of flowers was prrfect and the gnome vase was a winner. Thank you. They were for my daughter in law’s birthday and ahe was thrillef. 🤩🤩

Pointless waist of time

services advertised was not fullfilled in time and not completed within requested date. Next day delivery was completed only 5 days later.
Staff were unresponsive and order tracking was pointless .
Flowers were ordered for next day delivery, it took 4 days for them to inform me that my order cannot be completed as its out of stock. Missed my the special occasion date due to staff and service incompetence

Dead bouquet left on doorstep in rain.

**UPDATE AFTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED A REPLACEMENT ***Second bouquet which replaced the dead first one lasted only a few days. Looked good on arrival, but was wilting next day, shrivelled and dead on day 4. All instructions and feed given and followed as before. Won’t use or recommend Interflora again especially when even the replacement doesn’t last. Very poor standard and inferior quality especially when the costs are so high. This order was sent via Interflora from Cyprus. If the sender wanted to send flowers again, I’d get them to forward the money to a relative to buy here on their behalf.** **

Delivery of unexpected birthday bouquet found dumped on doorstep in the rain. All but 4 flowers dead. How they even left the shop in the first instance is shocking! Flower deliveries are far from cheap! Having said that, customer service swiftly arranged a replacement after seeing my photos . Personally, going on this experience, I wouldn’t want to use or recommend Interflora because of how these turned up. Once bitten etc,. Embarrassing and bad service to say the least recovered slightly only by customer service.

Efficient

Efficient, smooth ordering process
And seeing a picture of the flowers received is always a plus as often the picture looks nothing like the flowers received.

No Communication

Paid extra for delivery within 3 hours, having put the postcode in and they accepted the order and took my payment. The flowers did not arrive and I had no communication to say that they could not do them.
