Stunning flower deliveries every time
I’ve been using interflora for years and they continually provide exceptional service with the most beautiful flowers for my recipients. Most recently I tried their postal peony bunches and the feedback I got was so strong I ended up ordering one for myself - and they lit up my kitchen for over a week.

The ordering was quick and fine but final result was poor in design and size considering the cost. I know it was an order for Australia, a long way away, but all Interflora had to do was send an electronic message. In fact it was so disappointing I was considering asking for a refund and I won't use you again!

My flowers were a gift and the recipient had to go fetch them herself from a corner shop as DHL only tried once to deliver.
There is no form communication with DHL.

The order never arrived and Inteflora were already asking me how they did? You can not speak to an actual person and the worst part is that after receiving an order confirmation the customer service told me my order doesnt exist ! I will never order from Interflora again and I just want my money back !
