Used this company before, good value and value quality goods.

We had a few issues involving fitting the blinds and had 1 rail that gave a some problems. The company was helpful in resolving this and have offered to replace this rail. The service was very prompt in dispatching the original order and the blinds appear to be well made and good quality . We bought from this company on recommendation and would also recommend them to others.

Blinds overall are a bit flimsy compared to ones I have in other rooms. But on one blind the cord cut in two places. I was told to fix it myself but the cord is too short so does not reach the bottom of the window properly. As these are matching in a bay window it spoils all 3. Initially assured a replacement would be sent but then told only option was for blind to be sent back and mended before sending out again. Oh and expected to take day off work to wait in on a weekday for their courier that can't work Saturdays or give a time slot. Just not good enough.

From ordering to receiving and fitting the information given makes it simple and communication is first class. The quality of the blinds I've had in the past have been exceptional and I will use as my preferred supplier again.

Have now placed four orders for vertical blinds and poles. Customer service brilliant, top quality blinds and poles look terrific. Made exact and fitted perfectly, just make sure you accurately measure your windows. Only anomaly was that blinds and poles are different orders and would attract two delivery charges of £7.95. I collected free so no problem. Will definitely use again.
