Ordered custom blinds, delivered quickly.
The blinds are incredibly easy to install and look fantastic!

The blind was delivered quickly but unfortunately had been made a little shorter than I ordered. A replacement blind was organised efficiently. Problems happen in life and it's how these are dealt with which defines customer service for me and this company did very well. Blind seems well made. For anyone not sure about the material it looks quite 'lineny' in the flesh.

The blind I received wasn't a match to the blind I ordered, the pattern was completely different. I have telephoned and emailed several times, they just keep asking me to send photos of the blind I received, the sample I'd ordered beforehand and a screenshot of the original material/pattern as advertised on their website, we're basically just going round in circles. They are stalling and don't want to take responsibility. I just want the blind in the fabric/pattern I'd ordered or my money back (almost £100).
Nothing is happening so next stop is Trading Standards and legal advice.
Don't touch this company with a bargepole!!!!

I have ordered blinds from this company on numerous occasions. They are excellent quality. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Have used this company before and will certainly use again, always correct order and good quality, makes it so easy to order over the internet and will send samples if you want them

Would love to review the blinds but still waiting for them to arrive , clearly 9 working days is not correct information which is very annoying . No correspondence from Wooden Blinds Direct to apologise or tell me they were delayed . Only when I phoned to ask where my blind was did they say it was going to be delayed as waiting for parts . Surely it's good customer service to keep customers informed . And I'm still waiting..

Good quality material. Easy to fit. Rollers are a bit stiff but I am sure they will loosen up with use.

I have purchased vertical blinds and am delighted with them. Having previously bought elsewhere I have found this company to be the most accurate and provide a high standard/quality product and service. Will definitely use again and just sorry I didn't find sooner!

The blinds are amazing ,the quality as well but I have to say that they lie on their delivery slots.
I ordered my blinds on a wednesday and paid 4,95 for delivery on saturday .It is not clear at all from their websitr which saturday they are talking about.That week?following?.Very unfriendly customer service

Have purchased 2 blinds from here. My 1st purchase some years ago absolutely no problems, really pleased with service and quality of blind and recommended them to family and friends. This time round not so impressed with their customer services after I questioned the quality of my 2nd blind. Not happy with their response at this moment in time but ongoing.

I ordered 4 roman blinds to be made to be measure and i can say the quality of the product and material is second to none,service was on time, professional efficient and i will be using this company again for further roman blinds in next couple of weeks
