Poles beautiful - rally good VFM - brackets could be a bit more robust i.e. larger and longer screws - but definitely recommend these poles they look lovely.

Good service but design flaw with the pull cord
All aspects of specification, order and delivery fine. However the cord for my roller blind is too light/short for a big window and keeps separating at the plastic joining bracket unless I am very careful when raising or lowering the blind.

Ordered a blind for our daughters room who is due in 4 weeks and couldn't be happier. Sent the measurements on the website and it is a perfect fit, perfect colour and so easy to assemble and put up! Will definately be ordering from here again for other blinds around the house!
