Good product, quick delivery.

Ordered multiple times, fast delivery (in 1 day!) and everything perfectly in order!
Meerdere keren besteld en snelle levering (echt binnen een dag) en alles in orde.

At the top of every webpage and email they claim "binnen een werkdag geleverd". Well it has been 4 werkdagen and I haven't been sent any tracking information or in fact any other information about my order. Don't make false promises! If the package is delayed then at least inform the customer! Now i had to order the same products from another webshop because I need the products and have no idea how long my original order will take to be delivered. Emailed customer service 1.5 days ago and no reply.

Don't buy anything here!!

Since Feb 14th l ordered a product. I tried to contact them via phone and email without any response. The chat is not working and they don't have any social to contact as well.

In conclusion, probably this company is fake or their service is just horrible.

Do not order from here terrible service they take your money and package never arrives.

Placed an order on Jan 9th for 112 euros, and received only 2 products out of 8. I have sent 5 emails with zero answer and waited 2 times 45 minutes on their hotline, but no one is picking up. The chat is never online and it starts to feel like a fraud!

On 16/11/2022 I placed an order by credit card
On 25/11 They claimed they couldn't deliver the order
On 30/11 they claimed they couldn't refund to credit card..
They asked me for an account number to make the refund.
I communicated it to them.
As of this 30/12/2022. no refund despite several reminders by email and via hotline.
After having informed them that I was going to file a very negative opinion, I finally received only a partial refund ...

To avoid at all cost !

Time to do something about scamming advertisement created by the site "Internetdrogisterij" which do not comply to any EU customer standards. I've ordered important allergy drugs promised they will be delivered in 1-3 days. Another day is passing by and they did not even create delivery with post NL explaining on the phone "they are having very busy time" and denying refund for delivery. Unfortunately I know consumer rights and I will contact suitable company to start breach investigation of your service.

Waiting for days for a product they can't deliver. Got an e-mail that there is a delay because they are out of stock. According to the webshop they have them in stock. Don't like this way of selling, never buying here again.

I have purchased a few items from this site but it has never been delivered! this is a scam, would not recommend to purchase from here. They said first that my address didnt exist and after requesting from them that I would like my money back all of the sudden they were able to 'send another package' which also never arrived and said at the track and trace code that it has been sent back to the sender, mess?!!? Scam would not recommend. They have not sent my money back!! Scam.

Ordered on sunday, items arrived on friday. Great price!

I would give them -5 stars and less if possible. You can not say that the client service is poor - it is non existent.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago, and haven’t received either products or a single message about the delivery process afterwards. As someone mentioned, their phone line is not working and they do not answer emails, as they say due to ‘the very busy time’. Also, you cannot make any adjustments or cancel the order once you log in to their website. Completely useless.

The worst part is that they still send newsletters encouraging others to order more advertising same delivery times: 1-3 days. Seriously, why don’t you first deal with the existing orders first??

I hope this review will help others to choose their drugstore wiser than I did.
