We had InternetTY install a wifi wide service in our yard. They sent out an engineer to personally meet me and understand the requirements.
They supported us through the funding application, installation and hardware calibration.
The two phase project span over 3 weeks (Christmas in the middle) and the communication was clear, friendly and all topics were met with professionalism and in good time.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing is an issue, and we are receiving speeds of over 800mbps without the ground being dug up.
Fantastic service. 5 stars

I switched from seethelight to InternetTY on 29/11, their entire system went down shortly after, so I didn’t have internet access for a few days. When it did finally connect I had endless problems with the connection dropping, devices not connecting, tv buffering and ridiculously high ping (according to the kids). I was either on the phone or messaging at least 3/4 times a week. I was conscious of the 14 day cooling off period, but I was advised to try several different things including a new router being sent out. The final straw was when I was asked to bring devices from upstairs to connect them via a wire. I felt at that time it was best I left especially as I hadn’t had a stable connection for even one day. When I did ask to cancel my service I was told that it may incur the cancellation of approx £380 as I was over the 14 days (connection started on 29/11, request to cancel was 18/12 so 5 days over, bearing in mind it didn’t truly start until 2/12 due to their services going down). When I contested, I was advised that this would be waived on the proviso I sent back the router at my cost, which I duly agreed to do. In total, I was with InternetTY for 5 weeks and 3 days in the end, and was charged £72 (2 months) when I asked for a prorated refund, I was advised this would not happen due to the cancellation charge. I haven’t contested this, I don’t have the energy anymore! With all this said, the only reason it isn’t. 1 star review is because the advisor (Brady) was extremely helpful, clearly under a lot of pressure with everything else that was going on, called/responded when he said he would and remained friendly and professional throughout, so thank you to Brady!! I’ve switched back to seethelight and I haven’t had a problem since so fingers crossed! Remember people, the grass isn’t always greener! 😂

Shout out to Brady, who helped me a lot today! He taught me how to connect my SIM card router to the internet patiently and professionally. It was a huge help for a newly moved-in family that really needs internet to cope with thousands of matters. Thank you so much!

Swapped from See the light as it was significantly cheaper. I have no complaints when I couldn’t setup my router on the day of the switch I contacted their live chat and they chased OFNL for me to force the switch through and it worked immediately. The support was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Excellent service from knowledgeable, patient staff at every step of interaction with the customer. Fitter was a top man who couldn't have been more helpful.
Full marks to Internetty so far!

James & Dave came out today to advise on the best way to get a better connection to our TV, as we had a few issues with streaming service's.
James walked us through the options.
We came up with the best cost effective system for our uses.
James & very friendly & knowledgeable.
We would definitely recommend Internetty & James personally as an engineer.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Internetty! Even their recent incident/outage after a planned down time was handled excellently, with constant communication and updates on their service page, meaning that whilst it was obviously a bit frustrating with it being down longer than planned, the team was clearly doing everything it could to get it back up and running, and I didn’t need to call in because I could check the latest update easily myself. Their customer service has always been excellent too and so quick and easy to get in touch with, always resolving any issues or answering any questions I may have!

We received advanced notification (2 weeks before) of planned works that would leave us without service overnight. Unfortunately there was then a technical issue so services should’ve been restored at 6am but were not up until the afternoon in the end.
We were due to go to the airport and our electric car do not charge due to the charger disconnecting from the internet. We had to go to a fast charger to charge as a result. Unfortunately at the same time my mum who was terminally ill had taken a turn for the worst. Sarah at InternetTY responded to me to apologise and credited us with some money to cover the charge and also shared some personal information of her own to relate to my situation - she was extremely empathetic and it was nice to have a personal touch rather than a scripted response. I responded to her to advise that my mum had passed away but thank you for the kind words. Brady then picked up that response and offered condolences for the loss.
I have come home from a day of funeral arranging today to the loveliest of gestures. The team (which I assume Brady arranged) have sent a beautiful card to us to apologise for the loss and I’m lost for words as it’s just the kindest touch, they didn’t have to do that and it just goes to show that there is a human behind the screen there. Thank you so much internetty, you have the best team and it really made my day.

Avoid at all costs - we have been experiencing constant outages since Tuesday which is now 5 days. We work from home and have had to go into the office and incur travel costs. We received no notification that the internet had gone down and only found out by calling. We have called multiple times and been fobbed off, being told we need boosters. We live in a small 3 bed house which should not need boosters, however we purchased some very expensive ones and to no surprise they made no difference. We will walk approx 5m from the WiFi which is out in the open as suggested and the speed test immediately drops down to 50. We are unfortunately stuck in a contract so my advice would be to not even bother with these guys.

Not much point in have 1GBps upload and download speeds if there are constant outages.
I have been with Internetty for 24 months now, and have had 4 UNPLANNED network wide outages. Some are 3-4 hours long, some are 24 hours long. That's a horrendous rate. I work from home and cannot afford to have these outages so will be looking for a new provider. Naturally they blame everything else for the outages "matters outside of their control" but they fail to realise the customer doesn't care!

Emailed InternetTY’s support team regarding a static IP I paid extra for at the start of my service that had not gone into affect and only just noticed 2 months later how ever when I emailed them at 21:43 raising my concern I got a reply at 21:45 by Benjamin who sorted the issue straight away I was blown away at how fast he replied I could not recommend this ISP more Customer service is top notch

The internet service itself was very reliable. Over the past 12 months I experienced no faults, and speeds were better than with my previous provider. I should add that I use my own UniFi gateway and access points, which likely contributed to the strong performance.
However, I was disappointed to discover that the service uses CG-NAT by default. This caused gaming and reliability issues for my family. I resolved this by paying an extra £2 per month for a fixed IP address, which immediately fixed the problem. In my view, this should have been made clearer from the start.
Before joining Internety, I asked specifically about upgrading or downgrading during the contract. I was told I could switch between any package at any time, with no additional fees other than the pro-rated difference in line rental, and that doing so would not restart the 24-month contract.
But when I later tried to change my package, I was told there would be a regrade fee and that I would be re-contracted—completely contradicting what I had been told before signup. Internety eventually agreed not to re-contract me, but they still insisted on charging the regrade fee, so I declined and decided to leave once my contract ended.
When Internety received notice of my migration (set to end on the final day of my contract), they immediately took two direct-debit payments at once to cover me up to the end of the term. This was over £100 in a single hit—something I did not agree to, and something that should have remained as the usual monthly payment until the contract ended naturally. It came across as a cash grab and felt quite desperate.
Overall, while Internety genuinely deserves credit for excellent service reliability, the lack of integrity around billing and contract terms overshadowed my experience. This is why I couldn’t rate them any higher.

The guys came in and did the installation with a minimum of fuss and were very professional. They answered all my questions, and when they were finished they cleaned up and left the house neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

In two minds whether to rate this 4 or 5 as I’m getting a quality service, BUT only after applying a fix on my router.
Have signed up for the OFNL 360/180. Activation on 19/09 switching over from my previous OFNL ISP was a breeze. Entered in my username and password and was working straight away. Speeds are consistent with what OFNL state my line is capable of (they claim 360/72 so had to go with the internetty 360/180 as they didn’t have a package that more closely resembled what my line maxes out at) when running speed tests.
Where things get questionable is the time is takes for web pages lookups to take place. Anywhere between 5 and 10 seconds of”spinning” before the pages start to load. Their DNS is atrocious. The quick fix however is to use 3rd party DNS and add this into my router settings to use this instead. After this, pages are loading near on instantaneously.
Am I being too harsh giving this only 4 stars when a fix on my side took about 20 seconds to implement? Maybe. But a 5* service wouldn’t have needed any intervention from me in the first place
EDIT: downgrading this to 1 star as have noticed that InternetTY use carrrier grade NAT (CGNAT) which is affecting my overall experience. was not aware of this before signing up.
EDIT2: back up to 4 star and above. There was an option to choose a static IP when purchasing which removes CGNAT when checking out, which I did not see. Would have been nice to not have to purchase a static NAT and just be given a DHCP IP address which my old OFNL ISP provided, but hey ho. 5 star now as have removed the manual DNS fix from my router and still seems very quick, which it wasn’t when I was first connected.

As a resident of Baldwins Gate village, I cannot overstate the transformation that InternetTY’s full fibre broadband (FTTH) has brought to our rural community. For years, living in a village in Staffordshire meant settling for slow speeds, unreliable connections, and the feeling that rural areas were always left behind when it came to digital infrastructure. That changed the moment InternetTY switched on their 1Gbps service here.
From the start, the experience has been outstanding. The installation team were prompt, professional, and respectful of property. Cables were fitted neatly, equipment was set up efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. What stood out most was their attention to detail – this was not just a quick job, it was done properly, with real care for the end result.
The difference in performance has been nothing short of remarkable. Where previous providers struggled to keep up with even basic streaming and video calls, InternetTY’s full fibre broadband delivers consistent, ultra-fast speeds across multiple devices. Whether it’s remote working, online learning, 4K streaming, or cloud backups, everything runs seamlessly. Upload speeds, often overlooked by other providers, are particularly impressive and make working from home or running a business from the village completely viable.
Customer service is another area where InternetTY stands out. Calls and live chat are answered quickly by knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to help. There are no long waits, no scripted responses – just real people solving problems and making sure customers are looked after. That level of support is rare in the broadband industry, and it shows that InternetTY values its customers, not just its connections.
What makes this even more important is the wider impact on Baldwins Gate and the surrounding Staffordshire area. Rural broadband has always lagged behind towns and cities, but InternetTY’s investment in FTTH infrastructure has levelled the playing field. This isn’t just about faster internet – it’s about opportunities for education, business, and community life. For the first time, families and businesses in Baldwins Gate have access to the kind of connectivity that urban areas take for granted.
In short, InternetTY has delivered exactly what they promised: a fast, reliable, future-proof full fibre broadband service that finally brings Baldwins Gate into the digital age. If you live in rural Staffordshire and have the chance to connect, I would recommend them without hesitation.

I just signed up with InternetTY and had to call up customer service to change my activation date, as well as arrange delivery of the router. Sarah, who dealt with me, was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. She handled everything quickly, explained the process clearly, and gave me real confidence in the service. If the broadband itself is as good as the customer support, I’ll be very glad I chose InternetTY.

I have been with internetty for the last year and I am currently moving out and unfortunately no longer be with them. They have been incredible with looking after myself, sorting out any problems I have had with the internet (which hasn't been many) and they make sure to do it with quick succession and the team have always provided the loveliest customer service and I can't thank the team enough. I had the £45 package which is 1Gb down and Up and the speeds have been incredible, useful for streaming games, watching tv, etc etc without any conflict or drops!
