In touch have been brilliant for us. Jan and Olivia worked on our case. They both were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
There were times we were worried that we were not going to get a mortgage due to our circumstances however in touch reassured us and answered our questions. No question was a bother.
We finally managed to get our mortgage offer and we are so pleased and would definitely continue to use in touch.

We were obtaining our first mortgage so was a little daunting but the Intouch staff were so lovely and reassuring. The service was really straight forward, clear communication and we recieved regular updates. They were always at the end of the phone or email if we needed them. The mortgage lender was tricky to deal with in our case but the brokers handled it really professionally and always kept us up-to-date with what was happening. They went above and beyond their role to make sure that we got the mortgage we applied for. Definitely would recommend them to future customers!

We were getting a mortgage for our first home, and Seddom Homes passed us on to In Touch. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Even during a near disaster (not Intouch's fault, I might add), and we were really panicked about it, Graham was on hand to fix it within a couple of minutes. I can't say thank you enough to Graham especially.

They pay attention for every detail needed from the beginning of filling the application form until getting the mortgage. I’ve always hated giving financial details to strangers but when dealing with intouch finance I felt so well looked after - Jan was a consummate professional who has the perfect balance of professionalism, charm and personable conversation. His ability to explain what he is doing at all times is such a rare trait. People wrapped up on their own world often forget that their customers are not part of that industry but Jan didn’t, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. There were times when I thought that he was just thinking out loud, but he wasn’t - he was ensuring that he was including me step by step through the process - I never felt pressured, rushed or troublesome. I have just been introduced to his colleague Olivia who I feel is also a great asset to the company - great communication, rapid delivery of relevant information and excellent customer service - intouch financial are in a league of their own and I will without fear or favour recommend them to anyone who needs help and assistance with their finances.
