The whole project from beginning to end was an absolute Joy. David the engineer/technician was brilliant. It’s a pity that other companies can’t be the same as Invictus. My active wheelchair is a work of art and David got the measurements right down to the mm. The admin staff are first rate and I think they can teach other customer service providers a thing or two. Thank you Invictus for such a great experience.

I had a scissor break fail on my wheelchair resulting in unable to lock the wheel from moving and needed a replacement ASAP. Invictus active had just the part I needed. They were a good price and very quick to deliver. I have them saved in my favourites as I know I can get quality products always.

Purchased a set of off-road wheels and a trackwheel and was amazed at the durability and new levels of accessibility this set up has and will give me going forward.

Incredible service.
I was worrying sick how I would be able to afford an active wheelchair after suffering a spinal cord injury in May.
Invictus active so a deposit scheme and then ypu pay by direct debit.
This was the only way I could get a wheelchair.
I was backwards and forwards with Danielle about what wheelchair to go for after being given a very heavy, unusable wheelchair by wheelchair services, I had very specific requirements.
With a lot of thought, I went for the Rehasense icon 60, mainly as it is fully adjustable and my first active wheelchair, and it is safe to say, it is the best decision I've ever made.
Nothing was too much trouble for Danielle.
I highly recommend Invictus Active.

I'm pretty new to using a wheelchair and had been using a a wonky wheel wheelchair from a second hand sales website. So when buying a proper wheelchair I lots of 'silly questions', I'd asked similar questions in various care equipment shops and was pretty much told tough-live with it! Whereas Invictus has been brilliant, quick replies and patient considered responses - answered all the questions and supplied me with something that meets my needs and didn't cost the earth. I ordered a freewheel but was advised to change to a track wheel. Omg what a game changer. I went on holiday abroad and the paths and kerbs were a breeze. Love it!!!!
