Very helpful staff and have learned a lot from the course. I am new to management and gained a lot of good guidance regarding management styles I was able to put into practice.

Lots of resources to be used. Convenient because there’s no set hours which need to be done.

Firstly I came here to write a review as I was emailed by Ioscm with the promise of a voucher for completing a review :-) so here I am. Having read some of the previous reviews I’m now getting a little worried. Submitted my final assignment about 6 working days ago and my course finishes on 14th June. I sincerely hope it’s marked on time as I will not appreciate having to purchase an extension. My first assignment was marked relatively quickly so I’m hoping this one will be the same. I shall report back here if it’s not! I’m optimistic that all will be ok. My experience throughout has been fairly positive, Tracy Young is great, completed my induction well and gave me an overview of the system. I too agree with others that I think the system could be configured in a more user friendly way and multiple platforms are a headache. I struggled slightly navigating the system but managed. The bibliographies for my course at least could do with a refresh as some literature is very old and the world has changed significantly. So overall a good experience (thus far!)

I am early into my level 6 course, but I am looking forward to developing my knowledge with the support from IoSCM.

I like that you can mix and match your different units.

I do think the online platform could be much easier to navigate and a clearer explanation of submission expectations could be issued at the beginning.
The platform induction was detailed but I have found the content easy to forget.

The need to write in the word counts on the assignments is very easy to overlook and miss and wasn't shown to me as a requirement in my induction. it would be useful to be reminded of this and have it as a highlighted factor on the templates.

As a learner who can get bored very easily, I need a combination of learning styles so at the moment, I have found the course content to be intense as it is mostly factual text and not many pictures or interactive videos. This would definitely improve the enjoyment and accessibility of the course.

Overall the course content is comprehensive and the need to complete your own research at level 5 is crucial. If your completing at level 5 or higher, its worth practicing the Harvard Referencing too as this is very confusing if you haven't done it before.

The enrolling process was really easy and straight forward. Tracey was really helpful at explaining how the platform and the course works etc. I find the platform and my course easy to access, there is plenty of help and resources available to help complete assignments. I am looking forward to learning and proceeding with my qualification. Obviously this is just a starting point for myself but I am happy to leave another review as I progress through the course.

Halfway through my level 5 course and so far so good. Tutors are helpful and have always responded to me within 48 hours which I think is good. The format in which you have to do your assessments is also very good and easy to navigate. IOSCM customer service were also very helpful when I was looking to start my course and gave me all the necessary information to choose the correct course for me. So far I am very happy with IOSCM

The enrolment process was easy and the team communicated with me regularly along the way. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The course material is very interesting and engaging. I’ve found it very easy to navigate the website to get to the information/page I require.

So far i'm happy with my course as i've got all i need , all materials,study articles,researches are so helpful and related to my subject which is supply chain managament and logistics level 5 , i'm looking forward to complete my course and take my diploma :)

Recently submitted my final assignment for Level 3 Manufacturing Production and Operations. My overall experience over the last 8/9 months was fairly positive. At times the marking window was significantly out of the “norm” but I do appreciate I am not the only learner submitting work for marking. Not sure if it’s because it was only level 3 but at times the course material lacked depth and clear examples to reflect what was required for the written assignment so a significant amount of independent research was required.

I am currently looking to study Level 5 or 6 but I find some of the feedback on this concerning so I might have to do some research and compare other course providers.

This is my second time studying for a qualification with IoSCM. I completed my level 3 diploma in SCM several years ago, and retained a membership with them whilst I could during various career moves. I have been studying since the latter half of 2023 for my level 5 diploma, and I cannot fault the support given in a) choosing the right course b) sorting out the financial element and invoicing to my organisation and c) renewing my membership. The support and feedback given when submitting assignments for marking has been particularly helpful, but there is some onus put on me as the learner that at the level of study I should be doing additional work/research outside of the course material given.
I would highly recommend studying through IoSCM for any Logistics/Supply Chain qualification.

Education is good and fees is also not that much like other colleges. Only the thing which is little bit stressing is the use of website to submit the assignment. Over all experiance is good so far. Recomended 👍🏻

I am still undertaking my qualification but currently really enjoying learning my various modules. I feel the interactive portal helps to make the process easy and efficent. I am looking forward to what the rest of the qualification brings.

So far my experience with IOSCM has been good.
I am two month's into my Level 3 Diploma and have not yet required any supervision, hence my rating of 3 stars. I look forward to completing my first unit and hope I get the feedback and supervision I was offered.

Leve 5 Planning and Control in Manufacturing and Production

Before enrollment on the course, the website, information and communication with IOSCM seemed great and that the standards would be high. Upon enrolling, it came to my attention that the course was very new, that being said there is nothing wrong with that. However, the reason for the poor review is due to the following: spelling mistakes, grammatical errors to the point that I as a student have to decipher what the text means, the information is dumbed down a lot and not concise at all meaning a lot of it is just to fill space and a waste of time, course not providing information to be able to answer an assessment question/s (1x that I know of so far).

I had to wait for feedback for over a month, and then on the feedback it was advised I used too many references and should write what I think but little do they know I did, but spent extra time to search for references to back up my points to get a better grade. Surely if the context of what you write is valid to the assessment question and there are multiple references you should get a better grade?

Having completed a Bachelors in Business Management already, I find the above point regarding referencing backwards, even if it is a Foundation level. On the topic of backwards, they expect you to provide references but don't provide access to academic journals and the information they do provide are some useless website links to magazines or newsletters.

If you provide a course for people that pay thousands to undertake, you would expect that it is proof read, well structured and that you have the necessary tools to complete it.

Highly displeased with the course, but not much that can be done now but finish it.

So far so good! currently in the initial stages of the course! The only recommendation I would make is the consolidate the information into 1 location.. Multiple Log in screens make's the process slightly painful.

Enrolling it was very easy. The the first steps were very well explained, and phone calls received when I when I struggled. The platform it`s easy to understand, I keep study ,however I think this is a very intensive course for a full time worker and my opinion, would definitely help if you would have designated cities where you would have classes, physical lessons. Reason I am writing this, it is easier to learn when things are explained. So far I only read, and do resources on google.( I don`t really find the hub recourses that helpful) but maybe I am doing something wrong. Like I said , I try to study next to a full time job, it is a challenge, but I love it. I think I have learned a lot and I am only at my first Unit :)
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IoSCM.
