Bought this JC DFU box from them, it didn't work when I tried to use it, opened up a return request and returned the item back to them but was told that they cannot accept the return as according to them item is in working order and they are not stocking this item anymore so cannot accept return but the item is still listed as available on their website. And told me that if the item was unwanted it needed to be returned within 30 days. When I said that I will have to request my credit card company to reverse the transaction, I was told that I will have to wait for their manager to come back from holidays and they will let me know then. And got another email from them and this time they sent me a video of the item working and said that there is nothing wrong with the item and they can send me the same thing back and I will have to pay them £2.99 for the postage. My question is how can I believe what they're saying, should I believe that they're not restocking the and cannot accept return as item.is clearly listed as available on their website and how can I tell if the video they have sent me is of the same piece I sent them back and they haven't just conveniently picked up another working item and made a video of it to send me as they don't want to accept that their item is indeed faulty. And it didn't just stopped their as later they send me an email saying that the returned item also has a scratch on it and cannot accept return for it and sunrise surprise there is no scratch on the item they have filmed and send me video of. Item itself is just £11.95 which I thought was cheap but now I know it's actually this company iparts4u Ltd is cheap and unreliable. I have bought a lot of stuff from them in past from their ebay store for my phone repair shop and to be honest never ever I had any issues or complaints with them until now. I am from Northern Ireland and buy stock for our phone repair shop but guess who won't be buying anything from them ever and not only that they don't know that all phone repair shops in same town or different town know each other and I will be telling and asking every shop not to buy from them ever and these names might sound familiar to you and even if they don't I will be telling them not to buy anything from these people, shops like ifix tech Ni, phone4u, phone finity, mobile zone limited, fonezone solutions ltd, phone fix Ltd, pocket geek tech repair, repair hub, cpr, fonemedics, zk tech limited, Belfast iphone repairs, reezy repair, imobile, irepair ni , I will be telling all these shops I personally know not to buy from these people ever and if even one of these shop stops (hopefully all of these) buying from these scammers my job is done.

Always had great service from this company , I ordered a screen and realised I had ordered the wrong one quickly emailed them and a Leah replied saying it was fine and she would get it replaced for the right one before it goes out for delivery five star service . Usually you email a company and they take days do get back to you but not in this case great service great staff and great products thanks again Leah you made my little girl happy that I could fix it quick and kept me out of the dad dog house keep up the great service guys thanks Jamie

iParts4u team is amazing with their service and help. Whenever I contact them they reply instantly! I always received my parcels in time as well.

Comparing against the Rivals out there, I find although prices generally a little higher, the parts are of better quality and have less issues. So paying a little more is a no brainer. Also the technical knowledge when you have a problem is fantastic. You are dealing with people who repair these devices themselves which is a fantastic advantage over people who just sell parts.

Great service until you have a problem with them sending the wrong part. Then there's no help or advice other than blaming yourself. Customer service is there to help and advise or that's what I thought. This company has a zero approach on this fact other than take your money.

Definitely won't be using again.

Delivery is next working day when delivered by (always trusted!) courier.

During my experience with buying from them, on the very rare occasion that I have had to return a part, the company have dealt with the issue with utmost satisfaction and speed.

Given the nature of the parts that are supplied, it is inevitable that occasionally something may not be right or may be defective, but the company don't hesitate to deal with any issues that may arise.

I will continue to use iParts4u for my future needs.
