Sorted the problem quickly but the ordering system had failed miserably. Allowed Me to place an order but not put in a Shipping address. Thats a very basic malfunction on an ordering system.

Brand new LCD for my old Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T815. Received quite soon. Great product works 100%. Very happy. The only problem (minor problem) was that I was not informed for taxes for Greece (30 euros more than the expected price)

Had a problem with a recent order. I ordered the wrong generation SIM card tray. This was quickly resolved and cancelled as requested.

The product arrived on time

This company provides genuine parts at very reasonable prices. Their customer contact is second to none and they guided me towards the best product and gave advice which helped enormously. I bought a Samsung screen and had real problems getting one to fit. Iparts sent me the Samsung screen which fitted perfectly and it cost no more than copy screens. I cannot reccomend them enough and rate them very highly.

One of worst company ever. Send faulty item and ask for refund. When got the product back there say I have send wrong item that Clary lying. Lucky that I have make video from product and I recommend you should do as well that this company rip off company. Do not trust to buy anything from this people that you will disappointed. Very, very poor service.
I-phone battery supplied was not functional and would not accept a charge. A further replacement from an alternative supplier works just fine. It was obviously the iparts4U battery that was faulty.
Despite providing details and voltage testing of the battery, No meaningful support was offered and I was effectively unable to return the item, despite 'phone calls and following their returns procedure.Their returns policy is effectively a barrier to returning a faulty battery.
I'd previously used iparts4u but will NEVER do so again.

Brilliant company. Needed a Samsung Galaxy A50 battery as a back up for when my original one (3years old) starts to fail. They didn't have one available, so i asked them to email me when they get them back in stock. To my surprise, many weeks later they did! Ordered and paid for it immediately and 2 days later i received it very well packaged. Very pleased indeed with this company. Bought a brand new A52s 5g a few months ago and since the phone came out over 2 years ago, i might consider getting a battery for that soon.

Genuine part, reasonable price and rapid delivery. I would definitely use iParts again.
