If I could give 0 stars I would. Arse don’t know what the elbow is doing! Job application was a waste of time. One minute you’re shortlisted, the next, the vacancy no longer exists. Joke of an organis... See more

Don’t waste your time on this company

Was asked to install media cell with the incentives being a £20 joining reward and then rewards each month thereafter. It was time consuming to go through the terms and conditions and then to make a decision about whether this was okay and then to install the app which involved changing various settings on the phone and adding a VPN, I followed this process to the letter, it seemed to be working as it should, and a couple of days later after I’d downloaded this and was using it, they sent an email to say that they weren’t receiving data and they were closing the account. I phoned up today and they’re not even honouring the joining reward of £20 nor offering anything for the time spent/wasted. Also be aware that what they asked me to download took its toll on my phone. Certain apps became a bit glitchy and used up extra battery life. I then had to spend time removing the app and the VPN et cetera.

Rubbish intrusive app

I was recently contacted by Ipsos following my participation on the RAJAR panel. Seemed OK a few extra £ for doing very little. Install an app to pass on data. Fine for 1 week then 2nd week I get messages on 2 separate days from them saying

1. My phone hadn't moved enough
2. They didn't get enough data please could I upload for them

Unistalled App and told them to go whistle, I'm not going to be told I have to keep my phone on me at all times and if their app is so crappy it doesn't so it's job that's their look out

Soul Destroying, Low Pay & Unreliable Employment

I was fortunate enough to get 2 years out of this nightmare employer, this was only because I was a good interviewer. However, during my employment as an agency worker their was only a few shifts and periods of no work at all. If you are looking for job security this is not the employer for you. Management are abrupt and treat people like children. If you work through an agency they will drop you at any moment they without any notice.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. Piece of sh*t experience!! I took about 4 or 5 surveys in a row, just being nice and completing my "profile", but yet at the end of my wasted time they just said that I "didn't qualify". NO REASON. I just didn't qualify. I had to think back as to what personal information I had given them so I could rest easy not worrying about them trying to steal my identity. Why else would they do this crap to people?? What a joke...trying "daily samples and full size products", with no mention of products ever...what a scam!!

Removed account after years of using…

Removed account after years of using them. No good reason for why. I've done online surveys for a long time, so I understand the procedure. I answer honestly throughout. What a coincidence this happened when I had been building up a lot of points without redeeming them yet. Avoid this survey company.

Scam company

They do not let you qualify for just about any of their surveys. I use an app that has them on often as a survey router. They disqualify you sometimes before the screening. They sometimes ask you 100 questions that turns out was the screening then refuse to pay for the time they took from you. They are overall a trash company. How can you have this many bad reviews and nothing has happened yet? I have put them on notepad file as of today as "do not take" because you'll just end up disqualified from every survey they throw your way and if you do qualify, sometimes they just randomly DQ you in the middle for no reason.

I had been with Ipos for around 2…

I had been with Ipos for around 2 years, honestly completing surveys, some I didn’t qualify for which if you answer honestly will happen. Everything was fine until the 25th October, when after some site updates, I no longer received any survey notifications I had built up a points total of 5383 which I was saving towards Christmas. When I tried to redeem them yesterday, I got a message stating I didn’t have enough points? So I contacted customer support, it would seem I no longer fit the profile of people they want opinions from, therefore my account has been closed. No notice, no opportunity to redeem the points I previously earned, no explanation as to how my profile no longer fitted their surveys, nothing. A very shabby and shady way of doing business, I’m sure I’m not alone in being frozen out with a points balance. They must be making good money from the businesses, which instead of paying out, they are holding on to and cancelling accounts of people who have provided the feedback. A completely fraudulent scam, beware of entering into any surveys, if you do, make sure you redeem at the earliest opportunity before they steal your earnings.

Don't shop for them. They won't pay.

I have done secret shopping for them several times. They have deducted monies or not paid me the full amount. They have very very specific instructions, so many that make it confusing and if you miss even one small little piece e, they tell you they won't pay. You are out all the money. Who knows if they still get their share.

I completed a mystery shop with them…

I completed a mystery shop with them and only to get the survey declined. I read online and many people had the same experience as me. They don’t pay. I am sure they are going to take the survey to their client and get paid.

Also when the survey was completed in September, I heard nothing back. It took them two months to review a survey which is ridiculous because their competitor takes a day or two and at most no more than 5 days to approve or reject or email the shopper for question. They did it on purpose so that they can reject and not ask you explanation after because it has been too long.
What scammers.

Stinking company

What a shame that in many cases such high profits company doesn’t pay their surveyed people. Time is money and they’re selling our data. People should be paid as their employees. Shame on you ! Anyone should boycott this nauseous opportunistic company.

Ipsos is truly a corrupt and dishonest…

Ipsos is truly a corrupt and dishonest organization. I spent two weeks completing per their guidelines an Ipsos Diary App beverage study. It ended Tuesday, October 7, 2024. I have all my documentation such as the assigned QR, user name and assigned password. I have not received my promised payment as of Tuesday, October 29th. I have emailed the various email addresses including the one within the invitation email, the support diary email address and the incentive logic email. I received automated responses to request for the same information I mentioned above. At this point, I think they may have blocked me. I have been patient, respectful and provided the information so they can verify. I will NEVER do another study associated with this company. I do not want anyone else to waste their precious time downloading their diary app and completing a detailed two week survey only to be defrauded. I also emailed their corporate office in Manhattan and no response. May they end up like Enron.
