Sold front brakes in store with broken security seal and item appears like it may have been fitted before.

Ordered set of shocks. Website had all the OEM part numbers. Very easy to find what you need. They were delivered next day very well packaged. Now fitted. Happy customer. I will use from now on.

I ordered a liqui moli product from this company.I have to say 1/ they were the cheapest on Internet.2/ They delivered fast. 3/ They gave An Post delivery option at €3.95 which is great value 4/ It was packaged with care and thought. Well done Irish auto parts,will deal with you again.

I had really bad experience with them unfortunately, and they dont reply for the email or answer the phone.
Avoid at any cost

Avoid. Ordered a car battery in September for next day delivery as needed urgently for a driving test. No delivery arrived. No reply to any emails about it and calls go to a full voicemail. Only used them for the quick delivery promise....more fool me!

The site claims that items will be delivered in 1-2 working days, despite this my order is still processing for 4 days already.
Terrible delivery.

The first time I ordered off this site, 1 item was missing from the order. I contacted customer support on April 23rd to inform them of the missing part. But received no response. So I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order, this time there was 2 items missing.
They gave a poor excuse of some new people have started in the warehouse and ensured all missing items would be shipped the very next day! Great, I thought. That was August 31st and I'm still waiting. Also after more follow up emails on October 6th to customer support which at this stage Is absolutely non existent, and still no contact. This really is the worst service I've ever encountered in online retail and I would recommend everyone to "steer" well clear from this website.

Ordered parts on 13th, after 8 days order still processing. Was trying to phone them the mailbox is full and no response. Also I emailed CS and still no reply. Would definitely not recommend or shop from again.

Ordered parts which were in stock on Thursday as advertised free delivery as an option within 1 or 2 days after dispatched. Waited till next Tuesday as not received any delivery or note about the dispatch. Rang customer Service, there said that my order had to be shipped out next day (Friday) after I placed an order, and guy promised to organize dispatch right away (Tuesday) and that I will receive it on next day (Wednesday). No any e-mail received that my order has been dispatched. Rang again to get tracking details on Wednesday and find out that my order has never been shipped out yet. Lots of apologies and promised that they will e-mail me a discount voucher as service was unacceptable. So decided collect my order by myself from store in Tallaght on Thursday as IrishAutoParts for some reason couldn’t managed to dispatch it.
Is it being worth my time – NO. Would I recommend IrishAutoParts to anyone? – NO. Did I receive promised voucher? Ha-ha – NO. There is a lot of Competitors and Alternatives, Will I ever use IrishAutoParts again? – NO.
Maybe only me had a bad experience with them, but customer service wasn’t helpful and not customer orientated. Didn’t received what I paid for and been promised. To Bad!

I ordered parts that were in stock on 07/07/21 and after a few days noticed the order was still processing. I emailed and got no reply. I phoned several times and got no reply and was not able to leave a message either as their inbox was full. I eventally got through and got a load of excuses and promises of delivery. It is now the 15/07/21 and I still have not had the parts shipped or cant get a refund from them so I can order the parts elsewhere. It is near impossible to make contact with them so I advise people not to shop here. Why cant they do the decent thing and refund as they have not got the parts and it looks like they never will. Avoid this company at all costs.

Same as the others, part was in stock, not shipped after 24 days now, no reply to emails, no refund issued.

Edit: Refunded eventually, still cannot possibly recommend.

Everything is ok if you got parts.But if something wrong,don't expect refund from them.

Excellent customer service. Parts were delivered next day, however I ordered one incorrect part by accident. Contacted customer service and they had the correct part sent out to me by the next day and I sent back the wrong one. Zero issues.

Received wrong items on my last order, would just like to say Dylan is customer service is an absolute gent who sorted me out and got right parts out same day. Just made the NCT in time. Thank you

Bought parts and almost 3 weeks later l still haven’t seen anything. No reply to a email a week ago and can’t get through on phone. Good prices attracted me but no goods yet!!!

Easy to use site, well priced items and fast delivery.

I have been waiting for a refund three weeks now I have emailed three times phoned only to be told they cannot accept anymore calls as the inbox is full not good enough

Starter motor bought online and collected in less than 12 hours.Good prices, a wide range of parts with accurate listing and timely updates provided by Vincent. I'll be back for sure.

Ordered Parts from IrishAutoParts, delivery for next day (Friday) was fouled up by the carrier, when I rang Vincent he was Professional, Supportive and most importantly went more than the extra mile to ensure I wasnt stuck.
He solved the issue with no fuss or bother and got me out of a major problem.
Cannot say enough good things about the service level.

Rang and spoke with Vincent. He couldn't have been more helpful really went the extra mile to Help me order the correct parts through the website. Parts delivered on time as promised. Will be back again soon
