Damaged items replaced quickly and easily
I ordered quite a few things including letter plate, door pull, escutcheons etc. The letter plate and door pull both arrived damaged. I called them and spoke with Mel who asked for some pictures which I supplied and about a week later they sent out replacements free if charge.

Ordered 3 upvc door lock cylinders
Ordered 3 lock cylinders for upvc doors, price was good, info etc on site to make correct choice was good, varied range too. Needed order urgently, ordered late Friday night about 8:30pm. Order arrived about 1pm Monday as predicted. Excellent!! Unfortunately had a problem, One cylinder was missing its keys, called same evening, issue resolved, replacement arrived noon Tuesday. Well done Thanks.

Perfect product, carrier was rubbish.
The product was just perfect as also was the speed of despatch. The carrier did not take any notice of messages as to where to leave and when which did make their whole system pointless.

Product was delivered quickly and on time and is of good quality.
It is not the easiest product to fit, especially when you are on a tall step ladder, and it could do with some fitting instructions or a web link.
I would definitely use this supplier again.

Item ordered and confirmed for delivery. When I rang a week later to ask where it was I was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until the end of August. Disgusting!
