Lead shash window weights
Bought shash window weights, twice!
The first one was returned as it didn't fit and sadly it was bent out of shape.
The second smaller size worked as expected.
However on both occasions, the very heavy yet soft lead weights were shipped in Extra large cardboard boxes without any padding, hence they get damaged out of shape, rattling in the boxes while in transit from them to me!
Surely, a rigid tube and packing would be better for shipping such items?

I completely appreciate your concerns regarding the packaging. Given the weight and nature of these products, they clearly need to be packaged appropriately to prevent them from moving around and becoming damaged during transit.
I will be passing your feedback on to our despatch team and warehouse managers for review. Your suggestion regarding the use of a rigid tube and additional protective packing is particularly helpful, and we will ensure this is considered when reviewing how these items are packaged.

Pretty poor regarding faulty goods
Pretty poor regarding faulty goods, blamed us for the issue. Would not use again as any issues will be attributed to poor installation etc, interestingly this was although item had not even been unpacked.
