They had what I required
They had what I required. Wasn’t happy with the “ package cost “ but had a little surprise at the checkout I could opt for 2-3 days delivery £3 off the quoted price. Overall it could have been lesser ! Paid £52 for a £38 item. Can’t fault the quality of service. Will be back.

Poor delivery
Dispatched efficiently via dx who were rubbish took 3 days ( supposed to be following day!) claimed delivered but never arrived.
Laura in customer service very helpful ended up crediting. Had to buy elsewhere as needed quickly hence why I fell for the next day promise! Will not buy again unless it’s guarantee to be via DPD!!
