Easy to find what we were looking for on the site. Ordered - few days later the goods arrived. Was provided with tracking for the goods and although we were out, they were left in our agreed safe place. So overall, good experince and would use again.

Ordered door handles for entire house.
Selected ones similar to screwfix but when they arrived you could see and feel the quality was far superior.
Delivery was quick.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is…
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the delivery and state of the items when delivered.
The actual items and how ironmongery direct dealt with the sale was all good and would be 5 stars. Delivery 1 star. Package was all ripped open, 1 box of nail gun nails ripped open. It won't stop me buying from that but someone maybe needs to speak to either packaging or delivery.

Slight delay on order through system…
Slight delay on order through system problems however arrived next day. Satin brass finish is disappointing though, very dull not even slight sheen as with most satin brass. More of a flat nondescript colour. No time to change do stuck with them for now.
