I purchased my wedding shoes from Irregular Choice a little too close to the wedding 👀. Contacted the customer support to explain and had a prompt response saying they'd do all that they could and sent my delivery FedEx (To UK) and... they arrived on time (their website clearly states deliveries can take 6-10days)! The customer support was excellent and the shoes are delightful. Incredibly comfortable to wear and an ideal all day heel height too. I've been a fan of this brand since the mid 00s and was stunned when they had to close so many retail stores and their website in 2025. It's nice to have them back.

Do not buy any shoes from this company.
I purchased the 'zillion sprinkles' shoes online. I had worn them for less than 3 hours when the 'sprinkles' basically fell off which has left the shoes unwearable.
When I contacted Irregular choice, they told me to go back to the retailer or they could put me in touch with a cobbler to 'renovate' the shoes (at my own expense)!!
A further email voicing my anger at their initial reply was:
"just to clarify, we are not the retailer for this transaction, nor the manufacturer of this item. Irregular Choice went into liquidation in 2025, we are new company using the brand name, and have been trading since February this year.
ABSOLUTELY BLOODY DISGRACEFUL.

I recently bought a pair of “Glow Up” mules in purple size 37 (UK SIZE 4). I was a little anxious because anyone who knows Irregular Choice knows that sizing can vary quite a bit depending on the type of shoe. I have several pairs of shoes from IC and some fit really well while others do not.
These mules however, fit perfectly. I recommend buying your usual size. They have a buckle which can be adjusted; I really appreciate this because I have incredibly narrow feet and can often walk right out of shoes! I tightened the buckle to keep my feet secure while still being able to slip them on and off as intended. The insole is slightly cushioned but what really makes these mules feel like your feet are getting a hug is the fur lining to the upper part of the shoe.I will mention that I never wear socks ever so I can’t comment on how these mules will feel if you’re wearing them. I think if you wear socks inside your slippers then you’ll be fine.
I wore these mules for several hours straight from the box and they really need no wearing in time. My feet were comfortable, didn’t get hot and sweaty and the mules were easy to drive in, which I can’t say the same thing about with Crocs.
I am incredibly happy with my new footwear and can see me wearing them for the foreseeable future!

Sizing charts are inconsistent and often wrong. Company is rigid and inflexible and will not provide adequate customer support to address their error. Would not recommend ordering especially if you are located outside the UK.

Been wearing irregular choice since 2006 they are the only brand of shoes I will wear

I used to like Irregular Choice - my wedding shoes were even from there - but an episode with these boots has made me decide not to give them any more of my money.

It's my birthday soon and I was asked what I wanted. The chronic pain I live with and the ongoing issue with my knees mean sometimes I'm choosing my footwear based on the weight. On bad days a too heavy boot has left me feeling like my lower leg is being detatched from my body.

These looked lightweight and fun and were in the sale. Even at £80 they are pricey but I'm lucky that a few people have said they'd contribute towards a gift so I ordered them.

They arrived. See the video - this is the third time I've tried to get this boot on. The side tabs are too small for my fingers and the back collapses. 2 minutes and I still haven't managed. Not to mention hurting my knee pushing at painful angles.

I requested a return but am being told they're not faulty and therefore I have to pay £3 to return them. Not faulty? I'd say not being able to get the sodding thing on renders them pretty damn faulty.

It's £3 but it's also being told by customer services that it's my fault for not being able to tell on the website that these are purely ornamental has pissed me off.

I'm not shopping with a company who make me bet the cost of half a pint that their product will be fit for purpose and I suggest you don't either.

I absolutely love this company. Great range of unique shoes and they go into extended sizes in some which is great for me.
People comment all the time on my shoes and bags (in a good way!).
Customer service is excellent too. Never had an issue that has not been dealt with well.
I now own upwards of fifty pairs, many of which are on display as just looking at them makes me happy.

That looks exactly like the real one. They only take PayPal which should be a red flag. Want to warn others.

Irregular choice? More like horrible choice!
I bought a pair of shoes from them for my wedding. They were so cool looking, with the heels being skulls that lit up when walking.
I am not very into shoes, my most expensive pair of shoes are a pair of boots that I wear nearly every day, they cost me £49.99. So these heels from irregular choice were far above what I would normally spend at £130. However since it was for my wedding and how unique and beautiful they were I said screw it and bought them.
They gave me a delivery date that was then missed and a week after they still weren't here, I sent an email to chase, a week later they responded saying that they had been having an issue with their courier service and they would be being dispatched that day (now 2 weeks after they were due to be at my door).
The shoes arrived and I excitedly put them on. They were a bit tight but I hoped that they would stretch with wear. However I soon noticed that one of the shoes wasn't flashing.
Once again I reached out to the seller to ask them how to go about getting them fixed or replaced. They informed me that I could return the shoes to them where they would fix them and could then send them back with plenty of time for my wedding.
So the shoes were packed up and returned. I had checked the royal mail tracking and seen that the shoes had been delivered on the 5th December. So I waited.
On the 26th of December I had still heard nothing so I sent them an email asking for an update since my wedding was just over 2 weeks away. Radio silence.
Today (8 days from my wedding) I sent a chaser email and received a response stating that they had lost the shoes and couldn't find a replacement pair and would I like store credit to purchase something else.
As if I would ever buy anything from this company again. Every step of the process involved me chasing the company for the shoes I payed for only to be let down a week from my wedding.
If anyone is wondering should they take the plunge with irregular choice? My answer would be irregular choice is the wrong choice.

I ordered the grinch tights for my work Christmas night out. They took a while to arrive but luckily came before the date of my party. When they arrived I realised they had a hole in the undercarriage and the material felt very poor quality. Bearing in mind, these tights were £24 for one pair plus £3 delivery. The fit is awful. I emailed irregular choice on the 4th of December telling them that the product had arrived damaged and I am yet to hear from them. Almost £30 down for a subpar faulty product. Keep your money or go to snag, they’re much better!

The most uncomfortable shoes I have worn.

Bought these in the hope that the heel was of such a size that it wouldn’t have too much of an impact on the ball of my foot. I was entirely wrong. For the first five minutes of wearing they are perfectly comfortable, however, after walking a very short distance from the car to the train they were absolutely unbearable. I thought this may have been remedied by some party feet. I thought wrong. Two days later, my feet still hurt and the balls of my feet are bruised.
I totally get that heels aren’t renowned for being comfortable, but I have worn much higher shoes and experienced far less discomfort. For £120 I would not recommend. Really disappointing given that there is such a limited range of footwear for women with larger sized feet.

I’m now £120 down with a pair of shoes I physically cannot wear again.

They aren’t very trustworthy I bought 3 shoes all 40 ( my show size my whole adult life ) the ones that are huge ( not wide size normal shoe size ) you can fit 2 fingers behind my heel and the back of shoe

Returning to uk will be costly from Europe and they refuse to acknowledge that a giant shoe size difference

Don’t use this company

First time ordering from Irregular Choice and although the shoes were fabulous! I got sent a size 6 right foot and size 5 left foot! Very disappointed! Cant understand that no one checked the box before dispatching.The shoes are quite expensive and i expect better.I can not even have a replacement because they have sold out!So no shoes because of their mistake.And no apology for such a mistake.

Had a mishap with order which In all fairness was my creation, the customer service team dealt with it with the upmost speed and efficiency, some of the best service I’ve received in a long time!

I bought my partner a pair of Nightshade boots for Christmas 2023. Within 6 months, and very little use, the soles have fallen off and the boots cannot be repaired as they have cracked across the base. Irregular Choice Customer Services were not interested and said that the boots were too old. They are obviously not fit for purpose and of poor design. My partner has many pairs of their shoes/boots etc. going back over 20 years and this is the first pair that have fallen apart. It would appear that the quality of their shoes/boots has deteriorated. Don't buy them!

I ordered my shoes at 2pm on Wednesday, with free delivery and they were delivered on Thursday! Love the shoes, already had loads of compliments and they fit perfectly using their size guide.

I love these shoes, so much so that I have around 200 pairs.

Some of them are super comfortable, some of them are super uncomfortable, but I love that they are so different from everywhere else.

I purchased a gift voucher and because their date option tab is in USA date format - the month comes before the date( there is no indication that this is the case when you choose the delivery date as you select from a calendar view) This caused my friends voucher to not be delivered on her birthday. I communicated with the company who were reluctant to accept responsibility for the calendar format, which resulted in my friend not getting her voucher on her birthday. As a good will gesture, I asked them to add a small amount to the gift voucher amount, as it was clearly their mistake, which they still didn’t admit and just kept advising me how to select a date ( which still resulted in USA format) Very very bad customer service- would never purchase from them again
