I was a huge fan of this company loved their weird and wacky stuff,until now I wanted for years their unicorn heeled shoes so when I seen them and reduced to 158 euro I was so excited ordered them straight away waiting almost two weeks then when I get them the rim around the shoes is peeling off I was so disappointed I contacted them sent pics of the damage all I get bk is send them bk for a refund, here's my issue I. Not paying for postage and duties from Ireland adding to the cost of the price I paid it's not good enough plus they should not of been sold In That condition in the first place poor construction of those shoes if u ask me I won't be buying again which hurts me as I love this brand

What a company! I just swoon at the beautiful shoes. I was given an irregular choice voucher as a leaving gift so I bought corporate beauty in blue- I am completely delighted. I already had them in pink (poetic license). My love for this company is huge x

Fabulous shoes (I ordered bridal shoes) beautiful and packaged really well. Came quickly and I ordered 4 pairs to try in anticipation I would keep 1 pair. Got free next day delivery and requested a return slip for the 3 pairs I didn’t want and the return was free. I soon got an email confirmation of refund of the returned items. Very happy with overall shopping experience- it’s nice not to have a shopping experience end with frustration and having to chase for refunds etc.

I ordered shoes online which ended up being too small. Emailed support and got an really quick response to help. I needed the shoes quite quickly so ordered a new pair and returned the wrong size. Refund came through within 2 days of me returning the package. Can't wait to wear the shoes, they're stunning.

Wonderful service. I'd been after a pair of shoes that had been sold out on their website. On contacting them by email they found a pair in their Carnaby Street shop and the shoes were with me just a couple of days later. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I've long been a customer of Irregular Choice and they never disappoint.

I bought some boots in a size too small. I emailed the company and got a swift reply. After a photo of the soles to prove I hadn't worn them, they sent me the form for an exchange. I sent the shoes back via post, after the shoes arrived I quickly got an email saying they'd received the parcel + form and they would be sending the exchange asap. It didn't take long to arrive.

Amazing designs, awesome shoes and A++ customer service, can't recommend them enough to friends

The shoes are a small fit. I spent £190 on online shopping and because the shoes were on sale I didn't qualify for free postage to return and exchange them. This cost me an extra £13 - that's put me right off Irregular Choice and online shopping.

The designs and quality of the shoes are great, Ive been following their instagram and also I have been to their online store and physical store in Birmingham. The customer service is okay, but I think they could be more attentive to the people that walk into their store. Thats why I only give them 4 stars. Other than that, I love the creativity of their shoes!

Online Customer service is terrible. I ordered for Saturday delivery didn’t receive on Saturday then it was BH. No number to call. Didn’t receive on Tues either. Received an email back saying as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ they would refund my next day delivery charge! like they were doing me a favour!! I should receive tomorrow but when I tracked tonight it still says DPD are waiting for parcel! No idea when I will get it and if I will get it. Request twice for a call back, nothing. This is the 2nd issue I have had in the spaces of a few weeks. I wouldn’t order again unless I want to feel let down and disappointed!

The level customer service I recieved from Simon at Irregular Choice (Brighton) was exemplary.

Simon was helpful, courteous and went the extra mile . . .

What he didn't know is that I already had a pair of IC's, which I bought online . . . but were faulty and head office said there wasn't any more available.

In a Facebook group, I was advised to call the Brighton store . . . and I am so glad I did.

Simon answered the phone and was really friendly, he said that he thought he had a pair of wishing stars in a 42. Simon went on to say that he would physically go and check, check they were OK and call me back.

A couple of minutes later my phone rang and Simon gave me the best news ever . . . They had a pair.

Simon took payment and said he would post them out to me.

He really made my day, week even year and turned what was disappointment, from my original pair ordered online, to the best day ever!!!

The shoes arrived yesterday and they are fabulous 😍

Super fast delivery - just wish sizing was clearer!

Arrived quickly and decent pricing for how high quality the shoes are. Every part is full of detail,and no other company has the same surreal and unique value as this one. Shoes fit just fine and the packaging usually matches the soles of the shoe. Wonderful company and great quality shoes.

I've used irregular choice online for a few years. Never experience an issue.
Lately I ordered Christmas shoes. Which sadly far to tight. Use the easy returns process to send them back. Such a quick turn around. I got an email to say they have arrived back with them. Then the following day they send out the next size up. Just sadly they have to now go back for a refund, due to not being comfortable on my feet.
But.. As I ordered the boots that came back into stock, which I've had my eye on for ages.
Irregularchoice.com have emailed me daily to let me know what's heppening. As they should have been dispatched Monday, then it moved today due to their own delivery being late.
I don't mind a delay, when I'm being kept up to date. I know I will get them soon.

Terrible company. In Brighton on holiday. Picked some shoes for niece but that evening told that they would not fit. While buying them asked if I would have any problem if needed to return. Promised I would have no problem. So £65 paid. Receipt put in bag. When it came to returning them was shown on receipt that they don’t accept returns. Even though I was told they do and it would be no problem. Lied to by staff and this behaviour or policy is the kind of policy that a terrible company would have. No other shoe shop would refuse to refund unworn shoes or at least none I have dealt with.
