Irwin Mitchell was recommended for us to use by a policeman after a bad accident. He said they were the best and he was certainly right. Massimo has been a huge support to me and my family. He has been so kind and considerate. Even when I didn’t understand the process and got upset. He would explain it all again. He would even ring back when my husband was here to explain it all again to him, making sure that I truly understood everything as my brain couldn’t always take the process in. Nothing was to much trouble for Massimo he went above and beyond for me. I can truly say if it wasn’t for Massimo I would have given up.

Poor services
Told me what I could potentially get as compensation for my work accident which was a fairly large amount but ended up with less than half the lower part of estimate.They then took 40 % of that to cover my share of bill ,I had looked later elswhere and legally is supposed to be a maximum of 25% ,they then sent me a email stating they were trying to claim the costs from other party who had admitted fault at start asked me to confirm their costs but said I wouldnt be getting any more money when initially they had said in other emails I would once they had claimed from other party.So they ended up with nearly double what I actually got for my share of claim even though I said how is this fair in another email as I am the injured party which they never replied to shows how poor they are in my books .

Disappointing treatment from Irwin…
Disappointing treatment from Irwin Mitchell, twice. In the last few days of my brother's palliative care he was anxious to get some questions answered so he could sign his will. I called on his behalf and asked to speak to the Wills team urgently. They promised to call me back but never did.
I then emailed a signed copy of the will and asked for confirmation of receipt and that his file had been closed — again, no response at all. At an incredibly difficult time for our family, basic courtesy and communication were totally absent. Would not recommend or use again.

Always there for us
Harry has been such a huge support to my brother and to our family. All the questions that we have and don’t know where to go with are directed to Harry!
