Birth Injury Claim
We contacted Irwin Mitchell in 2019 after seeing an article in the local paper about them assisting in a birth injury case which sounded similar to a situation we found ourselves in, and we were looking to get advice on.
Auriana Griffiths came to see us, talked us through what to expect and we agreed to ask her to handle the case.
We both have nothing but great things to say about Auriana and her team. Throughout the 7 years the case has lasted, she has kept us updated with regular updates. She clearly works extremely hard, demonstrated by her vast knowledge of our case. If we ever had any questions, concerns or just needed some advice she always made herself available to assist.
We have secured a great result and settlement and that is in no small part down to Auriana. We will forever be grateful for her support, advice and kindness and of course her skills as a solicitor.

The Immigration Team achieved a successful outcome for a challenging Partner Visa case
I am extremely grateful to Luke Jackaman and Ewan Collett at Irwin Mitchell for their outstanding support with my immigration application. My case did not strictly meet the standard requirements of an Unmarried Partner visa, and additional Human Rights arguments were engaged due to my extenuating circumstances.
