Iv been trying to return an order and cant get into my account, reset password or set up new account with email so i can log the return, still no response from I saw it first customer service, extremley frustrating. Spam folders also checked for reply! Would not recommed using them

Ordered a cardigan and the quality was shocking. After 1 wear the wool was unravelling etc. contacted customer service and asked for a refund which they wouldn’t give me so I reluctantly settled on a voucher which they said would be emailed to me within 72 hours. Surprise… I didn’t receive the voucher. Emailed them again to chase this up to which was told it was being re processed. Still yet to receive the voucher so emailed them again asking them simply for a refund rather than the voucher which I have not yet received which they say they won’t do because I already agreed to the voucher. However I only agreed to take the voucher on the pretence that I would actually receive it. Absolutely shocking customer service. Won’t ever use this company again

The instructions are incorrect I have wasted half an hour trying to start a return. The instructions say Head to 'My Orders' to create a return but in 'My Orders' there is no button to start the return. The FAQs say 21 days which I am within so there is no reason for them to not allow me to start a return.
WASTING MY TIME!!!!!! Having to email them, maybe this is a big con to put people off returning. Infuriating wont be buys=ing from them again.

Never had an issue ordering for ISIF the clothes are lovely quality, only issue is they do not offer free returns of you are outside of the UK if it wasn't for this I'd order from them more regularly, Never had an issue with their service though :)

Absolute scam artists and false advertising.
Advertising a 90% sale but have increased the prices to ridiculous amounts pre “sale”
This shouldn’t be legal. They have things like little crop tops marked up at £65 down to £6.
Bed covers marked up to £125 down to £25. None of the prices are accurate. Straight theft. Boohoo got sued for doing similar !

Increasing prices 90% before advertising a sale of 90% is dishonest and not genuine. It doesn’t show loyalty or instil trust in your customers. It’s sneaky and myself and the hundreds of people who have also posted about this online will not be using you again. You should be ashamed.

I ordered 3 different items, one pair of cargos and two tops to possibly match. Although the site had a 40% off offer on, the quality was amazing. The outfit was bought to wear on a night out but the cargos are really versatile and can easily be worn day to do.

The website is easy to navigate. Placed my order and received in a couple of days. Easy to track order via email and app.
When my order arrived, the items were of good quality, however, I feel that the "full price" of items is a bit expensive for what the items are but there's always discounts on there. I just wish they'd charge the "discounted" prices in the first place.
Edited: the refund process is extremely poor. After my parcel being sat in a processing centre for 10 days I am then told it has not reached the company yet to begin the refund process and have been advised to wait 21 days for a refund. I sent a return off to Shein on the same day and got the money back within a matter of days. This needs to be looked into as it's poor customer service.

Ordered a bedding set and received a jacket. No attempt to rectify the problem after I sent them proof of their mistake including photos and receipt. Customer service awful. They say they don’t have a system in place to deal with errors (which by now looking at reviews they have quite a few) and i should return the wrong item, annoying as I needed the item quickly so I paid for next day delivery! Check out the twitter complaints and other reviews before sending this company any money. I am not someone who writes reviews but the lack of customer service especially when they are at fault warrants a one star.
