DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WIll NOT REFUND YOU!!

I ordered 3 orders and returned 3 - provided proof of return on each order - no refund given - I have emailed the company every day for three weeks and they DO NOT RESPOND and I STILL haven’t had my refund. PLEASE PLEASE don’t buy from this company - since upgrading their site they have wiped the history or orders also….very clever!! This company is a complete rip off. And now it looks like I’ll never get my money back for orders I have returned. Awful!!! Upsets me every single day!!!!! This has gone on for over a month.

I will never order from here again

I will never order from here again.

I reached out to customer service regarding multiple faulty items I received, but no one has got back to me.

I even had to chase up three times to get my refund!

The jumpers I received were of awful quality as well,
made out of scratchy, low-quality material.

But what's topped it off has been the terrible customer service experience and how they do not get back in touch with you and blatantly ignore you.

I did have one email back regarding my refund and when I replied to their email it bounced back saying the email address was not active.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have had and I am truly shocked.

UPDATE: They still have not resolved the matter it has been more than 2 weeks since my first email and I have been trying to communicate with them on messenger and they have still not been replying to me or assisting me with the situation at all.

Customer service is fantastic

Customer service is fantastic. I had a problem accessing my premium next day delivery that I had purchased so messaged the Instagram page. Lauren took on my query and dealt with it the same day. She was super helpful very kind and informed me you are no longer doing it so gave me something to apologise for the inconvenience. 10/10 Thankyou.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke, I paid for premier nnd so I was a bit annoyed when I went to purchase 3 items they tried to charge me £7 99 delivery,I contacted them only to receive a reply saying they've stopped doing premier, 😳 they said they would issue me an evoucher within 24 hours, 4 days later I still haven't received it and they aren't replying to my emails, what a rip off, I wonder how many more have had this happen to them, back to boohoo for me, they have more choice,there's absolutely none on isawitfirst where I couldn't even check my old orders, it said I didn't have any,this company is defunct 😡. THIS COMPANY SKED FOR MORE DETAILS TO SORT THIS, AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING A £ 10E VOUCHER HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT TO ME IN LIEU OF PREMIER WHICH I HAD PAID FOR BEING STOPPED, THEY LIED I HAVENT HAD ONE,

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company, I placed an order and the coat was faulty, I contacted customer service and was told I had to pay to return the faulty coat??? so I had to pay £5.00 to return the faulty coat…. 3 weeks later no refund, so I have contacted the company to be told I have to wait a month for a refund? Absolutely shocking customer service. I will never order from this site again.

Returned a parcel back to this company…

Returned a parcel back to this company on the 11th Oct. It was delivered on the 15th Oct by royal mail. Have sent numerous emails but still have not received my refund. When I go online there is no record of me even buying the item. I have proof of posting. River Island etc money back in account 10days max. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Never will I use them again 🙈😭💯
My money has been refunded today by a lovely lady called Melissa after I sent proof of postage again. 🙈Finally 🙏

Impossible to get refund. Lost money!!!

On the 1st of October I ordered a few items but unfortunately I didn’t like the quality of the ones I received. Their return policy is through to app it seems but I ordered as a Guest and created the account after purchase as prompted by the system. Under Start a Return/Refund I couldn’t find my order. I emailed customer service on the 21st of October (Friday) I got one email back requesting my address on the 24th which was the last email I received and no reply to my followups. I just want my money back please! Number: 5637800

NO REFUND

I have sent my parcel back and the tracking number says that your company received my return on the 17/10/22 I have not received any correspondence with this company. I have proof of postage of the parcel and when I log into my account I can no longer see my order history. I have been in contact with my bank as this is unacceptable. I have not received an email back from this company regarding this issue

Owed £50 for return made to reset password, all my orders and return vanished !!!!

I returned an item I logged on to see that it had updated on its way back to them. Weeks have passed and I completely forgot so I’ve gone to log on yesterday it’s asked me to change my password now all my previous orders and returns have disappeared not one thing on there and I’ve bought from this site for years. So now I have no order of my x2 jeans or nothing to say I’ve returned and I’m owed £50!

Can’t use my premier delivery anymore?

Can’t use my premier delivery anymore?? Just paid thinking it would be free and turns out I’d be charged and no idea how to get it refunded. I pay annually for free delivery, why have I been charged £7.99?? Everyone else is having the same problem… this is a joke. Also can’t access my old orders need to return an item and I can’t !!! Sort this out.

They will not accept I have returned my order

I returned my parcel on the 8th October and have been tracking it. It was received by I saw it first on the 17th October. To date, I have not had a confirmation to suggest it has been received and I have had no mention of a refund. I emailed them and was fobbed off by waiting 21 days. I have emailed them again and no response. It has now been 19 days since I returned my parcel and heard nothing.

This has put me off using them ever again .

I can see we responded to your email to explain our returns policy.

To clarify, we receive numerous packages every day and work through them in the order in which they are received.

This means that it can sometimes take up to 21 days for returns to be received and processed.

If you have not heard from us after 21 days, please drop me an email with a copy of your returns receipt, as well as confirming the full names of the items that have been returned.

I can then get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

Once we have received the return and the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Please then allow 3-10 days for the funds to reach the account of the original method of payment.

I have purchased premier next day…

I have purchased premier next day delivery only a couple of months ago ( for the year ) so still have plenty of time left but since the app updating I can’t see any recent or previous orders (bare in mind there’s way over 10 ) and I can’t now use premier next day delivery after paying for it . Wish I was told this before as not happy with now paying 7.99 for something I want next day when I used to get it for free

Can’t login to my account and no reset…

Can’t login to my account and no reset password email ever sent checked all folders. When going through customer support the email response is automatic and asks for a reply which I reply and then it tells me the email address is no longer in use.
Still no response from them to get into my account that has next day delivery paid for… terrible customer service
