I have lusted after an Isolated Heroes dress since I discovered them on Instagram last summer - finally treated myself and I love it! I love their ethos and the fact that they are a sustainable fashion brand - it does mean that many items are custom made and so you expect a slightly longer period from order to receiving your product but it will not disappoint. My dealings with their customer services have been great, they are a helpful team, clearly very passionate about what they do.

I’m still waiting on my sequin sweater workshop package ordered back on 4 September. Emails sent to customer service go ignored and I’ve had only 2 replies to about 6 messages sent on Instagram. I’d love to support this business but this experience has left me feeling very disappointed. I even got an email asking me to review my purchase and I still don’t have it. If you want to build your brand I feel you need to work on your customer service also. Package still not arrived, although it was supposed to have been shipped two weeks ago. While I understand there have been postal strikes it doesn’t explain the almost 3 month wait. Very disappointed. It wasn’t a cheap purchase and I just feel the customer care hasn’t been there.

Still waiting on my order from 46 days ago. No response to my emails. Not impressed so far. Doubt I will ever order from them again.

Easy shopping, very quick and painfree international delivery and all for the MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS i've ever owned. It's quite seriously a privilage to own and a blast to wear.

The whole team at Isolated Heroes are amazing! The care that is put into everything they do is just unreal, from enquiry to order to receiving your items so much love has been put into every step. And if there's an issue or you need to ask something, they're great with communication. You can tell this is their passion ❤️

I love everything about Isolated Heroes. The designs, fabrics and quality are amazing. I have been buying Isolated Heroes for so many years and each time, the service has been amazing. I really feel like a valued customer and was lucky enough to be invited to the event to celebrate the 10 year anniversary. The venue, food and drinks were amazing and I loved the wee private runway show of the latest runway collection. The team spent so much time with everyone getting the looks perfect. Can’t wait to see you all again ❤️❤️

We asked for a custom jacket in a size not listed. The answer was a resounding- Of course! Made and shipped within days, the jacket is to die for, high quality and really lovely, incredible attention to details, helpful team- will buy again in a heartbeat. A note to the wise- the shop is small and ships from overseas, if you are int eh US the items will take at least 4 weeks to be delivered. Still, worth the wait!

Beautiful dress and great customer service.
I needed to exchange my dress for a different size and slightly different spec. Communication was fast friendly and helpful.

I love been able to message IH on Instagram and getting a very prompt reply...there clothes are gorgeous

I can't fault the product. Isolated heroes produce unique pieces that just have me hooked. Without a doubt I feel fantastic in an Isolated Heroes dress. The quality is great so that I can't fault.

What I don't like is how long it takes to recieve an item - this dress was pre made and sold as being shipped same/next day so I was disappointed it wasn't here for Halloween. It came over a week later.

I understand most things are made to order but there is no communication about how long it will take to receive your item I've waited well over a month before and had no idea it was a long wait to have my item delivered.

I feel this would be less annoying if there was a heads up.

Seeing a very active social account, new lines being made etc was a little frustrating when I hadn't received my product from the previous drop!

I love supporting small businesses and will hopefully continue to support IH I just would love to see improvement on delivery times especially for pre made items.

Sill have not received my order. Been email with no response. I am going to call my credit card to stop payment. Not happy 😒

Don't have enough good things to say about the IH team. They always go above and beyond to give you the most fantastic experience and top quality products. I've made many a purchase from them, but my absolute fave has to be the custom sequin jacket made for my wedding last week! To say it was a hit is an understatement - in fact I probably only got to wear it for about 10 minutes as all my guests - girls and guys - kept wanting to try it on!
Already eyeing up my next purchase!

Isolated Heroes is by far my favourite independent clothing brand. Fantastic ethos for sustainable clothing and a truck load of girl power and sparkles! Say goodbye to fast fashion and hello to drop dead gorgeous, sequin dresses and jackets of dreams that you will never want to take off! My favourite dress of all time is the Rainbow Sequin wrap dress, so of course I just absolutely had to to have the matching biker jacket to wear on my wedding day - it was honestly the best clothing decision I’ve ever made!

Isolated Heroes are a ray of proper sunshine - inclusive, supportive, fabulous clothes and sustainable to the max. I love them.

Couldn’t find an option to collect, I live locally so would rather not have paid for shipping. I might have missed this option??? Wasn’t given an indication of when item would arrive so not so good if waiting to wear for special occasion. Item arrived after I sent an email querying. Dress is beautiful 😍 beautifully packaged, personal touch etc would definitely buy from IH again. I didn’t use my discount code properly and asked about my mistake. Money was credited to me right away 👏

I have not received my order yet and you have already many times asked, how was my experience and did I like my new clothes. It makes me feel something did go wrong. And it also makes me feel sad.
