Have always love buying from IH for Party Wear but these days I’m not going to as many parties and am thrilled they are producing more wearable dresses. I loved throwing on sequins for my birthday, work parties, etc but their latest releases of softer pieces have been such a welcome addition to my wardrobe. Dresses I can wear week after week as they are so well made and so accessible to style.

I don't have enough good things to say! I love my Daphne Gingham Dress from the 'New Romantics' collection and am so excited to wear it this Spring. I was also impressed by how speedy my dress arrived as I know they create from scratch in the studio. Thank you IH, can't wait to buy more :)

This is so frustrating to have to write because the products are generally really good, when they arrive, but you are left without communication for LONG periods of time. We placed an order for two custom jackets and for some additional patches on our call designing the jacket- but we were completely oversold the process. We only had one consultation about the jackets, and didn’t even see one of the jackets before it arrived. We had a set deadline and unfortunately were chasing right up to the wire for it to arrive on time for the event - only to be told it had been posted a week ahead of it actually reaching Royal Mail. We did feedback directly as the jackets were really great when they got here, and Samantha told us she’d take the feedback on board. However after our recent experiences with the additional patches (ordered in August, arrived in January… go figure) - I can tell that was lip service. Again the patches did not reach us when we were promised, no real apology to speak of and when they got here (again after Royal Mail not receiving the order when we were promised despite being told they’d been shipped the week before), the new design on these mini patches hadn’t been pre-approved by us and are not the right size or what we were looking for at all. All fine to post everything all over Instagram but can’t even bother to check in on their customers and churn you through the system under the illusion of personal service. So disappointed because when you do get hold of her Sam is lovely, but just past the point of frustrated and will not be returning or recommending. It’s tarnished the jackets for our wedding day and really wish we’d invested our budget elsewhere if I’m really honest.

My experience with isolated heroes has been so bad that im honestly surprised they have positive reviews at all. I have reached out several times to Samantha (the owner of this company) regarding an order placed in October that i still have not received but she cannot be bothered to respond. I have had to constantly chase at every turn for any information regarding my order and the fact that the post office doesnt appear to have received the parcel marked as sent over 1 month ago. I was told 3 different times over the space of a month that my order was on the way and this was untrue. Quick to take your money but utterly unhelpful if any issues or delays arise. Since i formally requested a refund due to not receiving the item i paid for, i have heard nothing. Do not give this company your money unless you want risk being 3 months down the track without your item.

My daughter is 8 and she attended the sequin denim jacket workshop, what can I say except wow!! She absolutely loved it. The chance to be creative, to learn about textiles and new skills learned with the sewing machine, it was great! It was just a dream for her. She is definitely a creative little thing and it can be difficult to find classes to help nurture that in her but this one was perfect! If your on the fence, don’t be! Your child will have a ball and come home with something they are so proud of!

I have now bought three pieces from IH (black catsuit through “swap, don’t shop”, teal sequin carnival boxy crop, discontinued rainbow slit dress) and everyone of them is absolutely stunning. I get compliments every time I wear them, and the quality is good. I really like the fact they strive for zero waste on their items, and if I lived closer to their studio wish I could take part in one of their workshops to make something with them. I’m hoping I will also be able to get something custom made from them when I have a suitable occasion! Admittedly, I have only bought items when they are on some form of offer, but as this is frequently there have been many opportunities.

This company is so wonderful. Slow fashion at its finest they produce beautiful handmade clothes that are so sparkly and unique and top quality while always putting that personal touch into what they do.

Love their approach to slow fashion. Pieces made with care- not mass produced rubbish. I previously ordered a custom jumper and it's just gorgeous.

Amazing clothes made by an excellent company. I loved my jacket - such quick delivery and great communication! If I could, I would buy so many outfits from them!

I ordered the Midnight Black Carnival Boxy Crop and can't wait to style it for Christmas Day or Boxing Day! It's a really versatile piece for layering so can dress up or down! I'd 100% recommend buying a special Isolated Heroes piece in 2024! 🖤✨

Absolutely love this brand. Love it’s a small independent female owned business. The designs are one offs. I feel connected via instagram. The customer service is amazing too.

Red sequined top arrived the day after I ordered, so I'll get plenty use in the run up to Christmas. I love this company and have recommended to friends. Always great personal service. Love that the range has been extended to tops too. Some days need a wee bit of sparkle without unleashing my full inner Shirley Bassey. Will definitely shop here again

My second review of this company and again I would give zero stars if I could. I still have not received my refund nearly 3 months after the initial discussion and transaction took place. Despite the owner or someone representing the company replying instantly to my last review and exchanging emails, just more excuses and no refund. This company is a disgrace to small businesses everywhere. We are in a cost of living crisis and now in the run up to Christmas and yet you show little care for your customers when you continue to hold onto to their hard earned money.
