They were unable to fulfill the order on time and they weren’t upfront about it. After waiting for over 10 days for a shipment confirmation I had to email them to get an update. Only at the point they confirmed they hadn’t shipped the order yet and they couldn’t even confirm a timeline.

I was looking to buy quality coffee in bulk at a reasonable price. I bought 20 packs of Kimbo coffee. It wotked out cheaper than other outlets and postage was free. Process was seemless. It came well packed.

I have ordered from this company before so wouldn't do so again if I had any big issues. The website is straight forward to use. I couldn't remember if I had set up an account or could order as a guest. I emailed but did not receive a reply. I went ahead and during the process was able to order without setting up an account. The goods were well packaged and delivered quite quickly bearing in mind some items came from Italy. If it is your first time be aware that once you receive an email to say items are on the way, it is quite a few days before you are able to track the item. The only downside is that delivery charges are quite costly. They appear to be the same if you order a small pack of biscuits or 10 packs. As such I am likely to only come back once or twice a year buying many items at once or If possible spend sufficient to avoid delivery charges. I would be a regular customer if delivery charges were based on number of items or weight of parcel.
