My ordered arrived soaked in oil due to a lid that was unsecured on a jar of one of my products. Two bags of pastini were also burst all over my box. What a mess! I sent all the pictures directly to the email that I had corresponded with before regarding delivery and got no reply. I sent a further two emails and still no reply. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

I'm so grateful for the products you sent. However, delivery took almost a month and one of the items weren't available, after I'd already paid for it. However, I did receive a full refund on the item plus a 5% goodwill refund on the bill, which was a very pleasant surprise.
