Excellent service from start to finish. Communication has been great, collections and deliveries are well organised, and the team is always helpful and responsive. Really reliable shipping partner, highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the services ITD provide for us and have saved us a lot of money on courier services. My only critique would be that response times could be quickened as customers want answers as quickly as possible but can sometimes take 2-3 days to hear a response.

However, when this is the case we contact our account manager Haylee who is extremely helpful and speeds up the process of answers if anything is urgent. She also made the transition to ITD easy for us and checks in regularly to see if we are happy with their services.

Within just two days of our first email, everything was ready to go. She even worked outside of normal hours to provide us with the best customer service. If you need someone to handle shipping for your company, I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.

Response times to queries could be quicker as customer like an answer as soon as possible and sometimes we can be waiting 3-4 days to hear back.

Yet another scam company working through the DUSGUSTING DEVIOUS EVRI PORTAL!

SO MANY PARCELS GET "LOST IN THEIR SYSTEM" IM SURPRISED IT HAS NOT BEEN INVESTIGATED YET FOR DODGY DEALINGS!

ITD provide a brilliant service across logistics, pricing and great customer service.

6 hours after the later bound of the delivery window and they have not turned up. This isn't the first time everyime they are delivering its late. Tracking info is always incorrect

Do not use!
We are a company that used ITD for bulk shipments and have to say they started ok but have declined and become one of the worst service providers we have ever come across.
20-25% of all parcels are 'going missing' between our warehouse and being passed to courier companies such as Royal Mail etc.
Impossible to get hold of ITD once you are signed up, they simply ignore you. No response to e-mails, no returned calls, no missing parcels reimbursed.
The terrible service is really damaging our reputation so we had to withdraw and cancel al automatic payments due to ongoing issues and total lack of any ability to service our acocunt

Would give them no stars if I could. Worst delivery company ever!

First delivery attempt the driver called as he couldn’t find us (no one else has that issue) and eventually gave up and hung up on me.

2nd time - delivered to the wrong address. Company has sent a replacement.

3rd time - didn’t bother to attempt

4th time - didn’t bother to attempt.

Companies stay clear you will lose money!
