ITS give brilliant service and are an excellent business imo. The range is vast and very well priced. Delivery is fast and as indicated. Even though I’ve had a minor issue with some work shorts (which were a little snug) this was easily resolved and arrangements for return and a replacement item are already in place. Very happy 😊

Bosch Power drill - Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday, courier DPD, provided one hour delivery window and arrived mid way. Hugely impressive ….. and the drill is great aswell.

I do not recommend this company. I made a purchase of several items and waited several days for the delivery. A few days later, I received an email saying that I had been issued a refund, without any explanation or reason given.
As a customer, I am very disappointed with this experience, and I will not be shopping with this company again
