Tools were well packed up, delivery was fast and when said. Branded tools are good quality anyway but was a little cheaper than the usual DIY stores. Would purchase tools from 'Its' again

As always it’s are one of the best sellers for tools, not only are the brilliant for delivery but absolutely brilliant for customer service .
I purchased another lot of tools off them and was missing x1 item out of the box, I called and spoke to Jordan who was brilliant, the item was sent out the very next day . 100% reliable seller with great service.

Wrapped in paper
Milwaukee Impact driver delivered wrapped in brown paper. Led me to believe it was fake or one that has been returned. Platitudes all that was offered on foot of complaint. No discount or compensation. Told the agent Fenn I'd be mentioning the difficulty in any review. They didn't care. Response was "have a good day". Won't be buying from them again
