Brilliant service. Know 100% where I will be buying next time.

He could have said "not their fault" (which it wasn't) but instead offered to try & follow up with DPD. While that didn't ultimately lead to a redelivery he did ring back to explain. He then offered to call back after the weekend & to follow up which he did. Can't ever recall anyone following up the way he did & I was a first time customer. Brilliant effort and a credit to ITS. Obviously know 100% where I will be going next time. A Big thanks.
