I bought a 7 row diamond mens braclet I had seen it online which I was very afride of spending that type of money without seeing the piece in person... Well I must say I was very satisfyied with my purchase... Now Im thinking of buying the Gucci Diamond watch just want the price to drop some more... Thanks again

I purchased a Rolex watch, model 1603. I have had the watch for 2 years and decided to sell it. The watch they sent me was actually a 1641. The wrist band was not solid gold, but gold plated. The diamonds and bezel were real. I paid $7,600 and the appraisal certificate stated a value of $14,784. I took the watch to 6 different businesses and could barely get $1,700 for it 2 years later.

Ordered a ring for my fiancé and had them replicate a ring for me from another site so ours would match. Came out perfect, Mark was the person who helped us from front to back and followed through with everything.

After reading the reviews here, I felt I had to take the time to tell you about my experience. I ordered some products all the way to Norway, and yes, there were a lot of fees and customs duties, but it shouldn't go to the detriment of the store.
When I received the goods I had hopes that it would look as exclusive as in the pictures, but I didn't expect anything.
For the prices they have, the products are good enough, especially in relation to how much fraud there is around. The diamonds are of very low quality but it is real, and you get what you pay for. One of my products had a defect, and when I contacted customer service and explained the situation, we came to an agreement after some time and I was sent a new product.
So my conclusion is that those who order from here should be aware of what they are paying for, and the store lives up to its promises.
I will give them a thumbs up and have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
By the way, I would like to order a new leather strap for my watch, as it has become worn after a lot of use.

As I watch all the negative reviews and the response back to the customer it amazes me to see It'sHot stick up for themselves. I'm honestly scared to shop for jewelry anywhere else online. My first purchase was some years back but I bought my fiancé her ring here, tested to be sure as I spent $7K on it, and it was genuine. The lab asked where I got the ring from and how much... They were astounded at it and more so, the cost.

I've already bought several pieces of jewelry from this establishment, and I couldn't possibly be more thrilled. The quality AND prices are phenomenal--- and so is the customer service (Mark is literally THE BEST).

So far so good I just dealt with fraud from Bayam jewlery but so far it’s hot has responded to every message and been easy to talk with but I’ll update when more happens

Complete waste of time. All this wait for a MONTH on a custom order just too get the job done wrong I confirmed with them countless of times. Is the gonna be for my 9mm chain ? Response "Great then I will go ahead and set up an order for you. Could you please confirm if you want to put it on your 9mm rope chain or different one? I need to let them know to make custom bail as well." Such a rush to want too make a sale but fail at completing the job. I'll be taking my money my business elsewhere. I'm not gonna send this in too wait another week or however long it's gonna take too say "oh sorry, here's 50 bucks for shipping" do business with people face too face if you want the job done right.

Good quality jewelry but only fair craftsmanship so I had to send my ring back for repair of imperfections of the setting. Customer service by email is nonresponsive so I had to call after a week before the ring was passed to a jeweler for repair. I then had to call again to have it shipped back to me. Worth the trouble in the end as I am happy with the repaired ring.

The product we received is excellent. But when I asked for customer service regarding how the product fits the result was very disappointing. Do not buy from this store if you might need support.

The most amazing service. Everyone was just lovely and went through everything with us to make sure no details were left out and we received regular updates on the progress asking for our confirmations that we liked the results from original rough sketch to the computer 3d model, to showing us the wax, casting and to the finished piece. The custom pendant we did with my parents for my little sis came out perfect! We definitely recommend ItsHot - ultimate experience!
