I cannot recommend Serum enough. The whole team are simply amazing in every way. Right from the first contact they put you at ease, nothing is too much trouble and communication is second to none.
From the reception team ( who helped us with a number of things including travel arrangements during the pandemic) the driver, the midwives, the embryologists, gynaecologists and lovely consultant.

We have had 100% success rate with serum , which I Truely believe would not have happened in the UK. Unfortunately we lost our first baby at 22 weeks in 2020 but we went on to have our little boy in 2021 and will definitely be going back again when the time comes as we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We were recommended Serum which we are truly greatfull for and we have been recommending them ever since.
They really are the most caring, kindest, professional team I have ever met.

Serum IVF Greece supportive, warm, encouraging are the first words that came to my head thinking about Serum IVF. From my first consultation meeting Penny to ask the midwives ask this staff are amazing, warm, supportive, kind,and encouraging. Had gone to some clinics in Ireland and didn't like their manner. But the first I was in touch with Serum they put me at easy. I would recommend Serum.

I now have two sons thanks to serum one born when I was 40 and one at 44 after many failed attempts at IVF in the Uk.
Both are own egg own sperm, Serum never gave up on me. Thank you to the amazing team for my family.

After many years with no progress with the nhs we decided it was time to look elsewhere for our ivf treatment, this is when we came across ivf serum. We first met the team in April 2022 at an outreach day and were instantly made to feel at ease and not blamed for ferility issues as other places had made us feel. We finally visited the clinic in September 2022 to start the process and from the moment we entered we knew we made the right decision everyone was so lovely and friendly and understanding. We did three trips for our treatment September, October and November 2022 and we were very lucky that our transfer worked and we now have a beautiful 7 week old baby boy. We can not thank the clinic enough for the help and support and answering the million questions, without them we would not have the little family we do now and will forever be grateful to the team

Immaculate clinic with fantastic staff that are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The clinic ensures all possible testing is completed to give highest chance of success and it really felt like they wanted the best for patients. Extremely good communication throughout the whole process and very short wait time despite being new patients and travelling from abroad. Could not recommend this clinic enough.

Although we had a difficult case because of severe endometriosis and implantation failure the Serum team was relentless in finding a solution. When things didn’t work out they always thought of new things to try and were open to our ideas. We did 5 IVF cycles and 2X hysteroscopy at Serum from 2018-2022 and we can’t believe we now have our miracle baby! 🙏🏼
They were always very supportive but sometimes the clinic is very busy. We recommend Serum to anyone on this difficult Journey.

I had a great experience with Serum IVF clinic

After several failed attempts in the uk, where you’re treated like a statistic rather than a person this process is difficult enough without doctors telling you that you are the problem or they don’t know why it didn’t work because it should have then no other investigations done! But serum were amazing the exact opposite they made you feel valued and that you’re feelings are valid, and investigations done straight away, we had more answers I. 24hours than we had the entire 7years of our journey. Through a difficult process due to other health implications serum worked hard alongside the doctors at the hospital to find the best course of action for us to continue with our procedures, now we are blessed with our beautiful baby girl. Thank you serum for your guidance, care and positivity we can’t thank you enough for our miracle.

After trying IVF several times back home, we travelled to Serum in Greece (after hearing great things from some other friends who had previously found success using Serum) and we got pregnant on the first try. Very happy how Serum treated us and we would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone struggling to get pregnant.

We reached out to Serum in Greece searching for help after a bad experience in Ireland. I really cannot say enough good things about the clinic, they truly are one of a kind. Having had the honour to meet with Penny the Clinical Director, she is honestly the most genuine person I have ever met, she really cares about her patients with her whole heart & her life’s work is dedicated to helping people achieve their dream of having a family.
The whole staff are highly trained & calm & will do all they can to make the experience comfortable for you. They will guide you through everything carefully & nothing is ever an issue.
Galia was the head embryologist there & I’ve never met anyone kinder, she is so compassionate & has such a beautiful energy & calming nature.
At Serum you are always treated as a person & will never be treated as a number, they are always open to answer questions or concerns you may have & will always support you in every step along the way, whether it is before treatment, during or after.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I would like to personally thank the staff for their professionality, starting from the reception to the person taking blood samples to the head doctor Penny who got personally involved in our case and was simply great.
The fact you can have a video call and get a lot of knowledge and setup a real plan before actually flying there was a very nice gesture and a reassuring feeling full of hope.
What really impacted me in the entire process is the high level of knowledge and dedication involved in the entire investigative process. Everything that was recommended was the correct protocol which guarantee the success.
Thank you once again to the entire staff and I highly recommend this clinic for all the services they recommend.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to the wonderful Penny and ALL of the Serum family. We completed 3 rounds of IVF in Ireland before reaching out to Penny and the team. From the very second Katie responded to my query I knew they were different: they care! Every single one of the girls and guys made us feel safe and in good hands. Penny, well, she is just amazing! I wish I had found this clinic sooner.
I had done 5 rounds of IVF in the UK at multiple clinics before I found Serum IVF. None of those rounds worked. I had multiple miscarriages and failed IVFs. Serum IVF were like a breath of fresh air. It's the first clinic that I've been to that treats you like a person, not a number. It feels like one big family. No matter your question someone at Serum IVF will always answer. They really do care about making your dream come true and helping you grow your family.
If you're looking for a clinic but not sure which to use I strongly recommend having a chat with Serum IVF.

After years of miscarriages, failed ivf in both Spain and London I met the amazing Penny Abatzi of Serum clinic at a London fertility show. I was shattered and broken and had all but given up hope when she looked me dead in the eye and said that she would give me a baby. That was November 2015, fast forward one year (almost to the day) and I am in hospital preparing for a cesarian to give birth to my daughter. I don’t know where to begin with how easy serum made the conception of my child (after years and years of heartache) and how much she held my hand through the entire process. Always at the end of the phone or available for email reassurance she was a mother figure and miracle worker all at the same time. Our daughter is now six years old and is the light of our lives. I meet people from time to time who have also had babies thanks to Serum. All of them tell a similar story. Thank you Serum from the bottom of my (and all of our) hearts, you have changed our lives. What a legacy to give the world, to bring hope of parenthood where none existed before. I highly recommend this clinic.

I don’t even know where to begin…
We came across Serum after having 4 failed rounds in the UK, going abroad for treatment can be quite daunting and scary but I can assure you that serum made this such a breeze for us and everything fell into place.

Our first consultation was with the lovely Sofia over Skype where we went through everything including history and Sofia advised us on what the next steps would be should we choose to go ahead.

Sofia advised that I have a hysteroscopy with implantation cuts and my husband was to be put on a sperm protocol - this was in February… fast forward 3 months I am now nearly 5 weeks pregnant from out 1st round at Serum.

We cannot thank the team enough especially Sofia! The care me and my husband received under Sofia was the best and communication was excellent throughout the hole treatment.

Serum never made me feel like the treatment was about money it was always what was in my best interest and an explanation to everything that they wanted to do was always given.

Sofia was very thorough with all our testing and always, always popped her head in even for just routine scans which the nurses undertake.

Please, please put your full trust in Serum like we did.. they will make your dreams come true.
