Serum allowed me to have two beautiful children. Something that would not have been possible.without their care and attention to our situation. We had four unsuccessful rounds in UK clinics. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be forever grateful that I chose Serum.

I came to serum after failures (and a success) in ireland, feeling a bit deflated with what options were being offered at home in ireland. From the first point of contact I knew things would be different with serum. Had a call with the fabulous penny, who talked me through my options, which were personalised to me. I came away feeling really positive about the clinic and the cycle. My husband went first to serum and was full of praise. Communication particularly is outstanding here, you are never left waiting for a reply or wondering if a question is too silly to ask. They seem to work practically 24/7! From meeting the girls on the front desk, the midwives, doctors etc, everyone is so lovely and makes you feel so welcome, and I never felt as if it was all about money. All the paperwork and prescriptions are waiting for you, it's so easy to manage away from home. And the fabulous travel staff who arrange hotels etc. The best egg collection I've ever had- no nausea afterwards. I could go on and on, but basically going to serum was a fantastic decision. This round was a success for me, down to penny's expertise and fabulous care from all the wonderful staff.
It can be daunting travelling to do ivf , but the personalised care you get makes it so worth it. And they make it all so easy. I'm so glad I went. Thanks to everyone at serum!

From the moment we walked into Serum we knew we had come to the right place. Penny and her team were incredibly kind, professional and caring. They gave us hope when we had little hope ourselves, and tried to find solutions when it didn't work. Their empathy and medical knowledge were key to our experience, and we also liked the pleasant general atmosphere in the clinic. Penny and her team are clearly personally invested in helping people have children, and they were always warm and caring in their interactions with us. At the same time they are professionals coming into the process armed with the latest knowledge in their field. We are now the proud parents of a toddler, which would never have happened without them. So we highly recommend Serum!

We now have a healthy 3 month old baby after multiple unsuccessful IVF attempts at two different prior clinics, and my wife and I highly recommend Serum.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Athens is an amazing city, and overall the experience was as good as it can be during a stressful time.

I cannot describe the gratitude my husband and I feel after Penny and her team have successfully given us the baby we so longed for.

After 3 years with multiple losses and no one checking the reasoning for this, we desperately went to Serum for the first time not even a year ago to the date. I sit with my 4 days old son in my arms, after what has been the most thorough and precise treatment we have received anywhere.

After two disastrous failed rounds of ivf in the UK, I was struggling to hold onto hope. However from the moment we had our first consultation with Serum, everything changed for us. I remember sobbing at how positive and encouraging our initial call was when we’d previously only been given a negative outlook. Their positive, compassionate approach continued throughout our journey and I honestly don’t think we will ever meet such kind and wonderful people as the amazing Penny and her team. Serum IVF are second to none when it comes to fertility treatment. Not only do they offer a personalised approach with in-depth investigation of potential issues, but the care and compassion shown by Penny and her team is outstanding. We travelled to Greece after 2 failed IVF's in our home country, and after undergoing a simple procedure in Greece, were lucky enough to get pregnant naturally. After a long 5 year journey to become parents I do not doubt this pregnancy was a direct result of the procedure recommended by Penny. We will forever be grateful to Penny and the whole team at Serum IVF and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone considering fertility treatment.
We have now had a second child, without the need for further medical intervention, and I know in my heart it is as a result of the simple procedure Penny recommended to us when we originally visited her. This team truly are miracle makers.

Penny and her staff is amazing, after a lot of struggle in Sweden and the feeling of no one listing it was amazing to meet and talk to Penny. She listened to my actual symptoms and made me feel that she was right there beside me in this journey. That means the world to someone in my position.

Our baby Freya arrived on June 6th 2022. And we have the whole team at serum to thank for this. Every staff member there will forever be in our hearts. The way they connect with you between England and Greece, the caring way they greet and treat you at the clinic from the first day till the last….the genuine reassurance they give you…..the genuine positive nature you receive from everybody. I will never forget the first time we met Penny and she placed both hands on the shoulders of my wife. This is the personal caring touch we hadn’t received during our other ivf cycles in England. I cannot recommended this place enough. Every detail of the whole process is perfection…..and all done in the most relaxed way.

We tried to have a child via in vitro in Tennessee for 5 years, unsuccessfully. It was a difficult time filled with recurring heartbreak and tough decisions. If i could do it over again, I would go straight to Serum the first time. Everything was different there. The entire staff is wonderful. Finally, we were treated the way we should have been at home. The biggest difference? They got it done. I'm tearing up as write this, holding my 6 day old son. I hope Penny and her people know how thankful we are🙏.

If you're doing this in America, there are methods they aren't telling you about. Also, the process is MUCH cheaper in Greece, even with price of travel figured in. Going to Greece for in vitro may seem crazy, but it's not. Allowing the FDA to deny you effective treatment?.... That's crazy.

I now have two little miracles all thanks to Serum clinic. UK fertility treatment was terrible, my individual case was not investigated further than the standard scans and blood tests and I was told I could either keep trying or would need to pursue IVF. Serum identified my individual condition which was corrected with a simple procedure and I became pregnant naturally 3 months later. I have just had my second child with no further medical intervention required. Four years ago I thought I may never have a child…now I have two! Thank you Penny and the team, I will be forever grateful for your expertise, care and kindness.

I am not a patient at Serum but went with my daughter as her support over a period of 5 years. The care and support my daughter received from Penny personally and her staff has been exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Email requests are dealt with quickly and there are no extra charges for advice and support. My daughter's family is now complete thanks to Serum. I came to Serum on the recommendation of the acupuncturist I was attending in Ireland. I had decided to go it on my own to become a Mum and had 2 failed rounds of IVF with an Irish clinic. I was totally disillusioned by the process and the cost of it was overwhelming.

Every single time I attended Serum I got the same feeling as soon as I walked in the door. The staff are all so welcoming. You feel like they care about you, the person, and not about what you represent from a financial perspective. Sadly, that's not how I felt about the clinic I had been with in Ireland.

Penny was always so caring, so honest, so available whenever I had questions or concerns. I felt the team really looked at me as a unique case and not 'one option fits all'.

I finally welcomed my son this February. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and it is all down to Penny and the team at Serum. I cannot articulate my gratitude to them. It was a very long, difficult journey for me but I got there! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Yes, it's hard to travel last minute at times and it is tough to be away at times but if you want something badly enough you do whatever it takes to get there.

We struggled to conceive for many years. This includes 7 years of trying naturally and 2.5 years of IVF in UK. In this time, we never achieved implantation! I was disheartened, frustrated, disappointed that uk IVF clinics (3 in total) could not identify our specific, complex issues, that effected our fertility. I was then recommended Serum in January 2021 by many ladies in a similar situation to us. So in February 2021 we traveled to Serum clinic, was tested and treated. In March 2021 we transferred 2 frozen embryos back in the UK and amazingly we got pregnant for the very first time. I was so overjoyed but sadly we m/c at 8wks3days but what a progression! We returned to Serum for more treatment and tried again in July 2021 which resulted in a chemical pregnancy. We returned again in September 2021 and wow we are presently pregnant with a healthy baby at 31 weeks! Serum, specifically Penny, works miracles. I can’t believe we are pregnant. The care, attention, communication, methods/protocols are individual and unique to you. I can’t recommend Serum enough. Please consider them because if they’ve worked miracles for us… you never know, they could do the same for you too.

After many years, many tests, many clinics, and many disappointments, I was recommended Serum. I had no idea at the time just how amazing Serum would be. Apprehensive at first because it meant traveling to another country, I thought what did we have to lose. Little did I know that with the care, compassion, professionalism and a sprinkling of Penny’s magic, our hopes and dreams would come true. Like so many other couples, (and singletons), Penny gave us hope and her team made it possible for us to finally be holding our own baby in our arms. Thank you Serum, our hearts are full and our lives are finally complete. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

If you ever were told or even just thought that your dream of becoming a mother might not come true, don't waist another minute and call Serum right away. I wish I did and saved myself time, tears and disappoinment. I initially called the clinic with very little hope left, but felt somewhat relieved right after the initial conversation with Penny. Serum is not just about knowledge, experience, keeping up with the research, attention and an individual approach to every case. It is also a place where you become a part of the family and start feeling stronger because of it. I did and I am eternally grateful to Serum.
