Exceptional Support from Lyndsey
I had the pleasure of talking with Lyndsey this morning on a call to discuss the PCT programme and my eligibility for it.
She was very insightful and answered any question I asked. She also provided me with additional information on the the programme which is very useful.
Lyndsey has also been very quick at replying to my emails the past couple weeks.
Overall it was a great experience. Thanks again!

An amazing experience super quick and the team super helpful, I was in contact with Róisín and Hannah.
Róisín was super quick answering emails and very helpful over the phone and on mail.
I was then directed to Hannah, I was worried I got the wrong insurance but she relieved my anxiety and helped me with me with the process, she sent me the letter straight after and answered any questions I had for the future.
Great job! Really recommend using this service.

USIT J1 Grad Visa team are amazing!
Fantastic experience with the support I received from Cristi on the USIT J1 grad visa team. Level of excellence in the support he provided and his attention to detail meant the whole process went smoothly. Documents arrived promptly and advice given was detailed and reassuring. Lyndsey was quick to respond and extremely patient after a couple of technological difficulties. She answered all the questions I had. She was was very informative and knowledgeable about where to go, when to go, which job to get with degree, and different ways to make the US grad visa experience as fulfilling as possible.
