Roisin was the first contact I had about getting my visa for going back to to camp in 2023 after a 33-year break, on an Irish passport but permanently living in France, so it was already a bit complicated, as well as potentially too old for the J1 programme. She was almost as excited as I was and was so enthusastic and helpful it was great. She had my questions answered my application sorted out really quickly and in a really positive way. I cannot thank her enough.
