I was in contact with Róisín. She was so helpful and informative! She answered all my questions and gave me all the help, information and instructions I needed to find out more about the J1 Visa! I am so pleased with my experience with Róisín and would definitely recommend her someone who is trying to find out more about this experience!

I had a lot of enquiries and questions regarding the USIT programme, a lot of which were quite specific questions in regards to my own degree and career path. I wasn’t sure if I would get a straight up/clear answer but a really lovely person named Lyndsey helped me out and was so thorough and quick to respond. Had a first call with Lyndsey to discuss some of the questions I had regarding the grad visa, Lyndsey quickly cleared up these questions and this very much reassured me that the process is perhaps more straightforward than I first thought, super helpful in explaining the process and the various other platforms that will be available further down the line in order to find a role and network.

Lyndsey was super helpful to me, providing a lot of information for my visa, would def reccomend it :)

Me and my boyfriend are heading to australia and I have to say Hannah has been nothing but exceptional in helping us with the process !, and has been so polite and efficient in dealing with any questions or query’s we threw her way and responded so quickly everytime ,which has made the experience using usit to apply well worth the money and took the stress away from the situation when getting your documents in order , Hannah is a credit to usit and would definitely recommend considering on applying through usit after our experience dealing with Hannah :)

Lyndsey was extremely helpful and guiding through the process of exploring different options! Would definitely recommend it if you're on the fence about whether or not you'd like to go.

Lyndsey was very helpful in providing an overview of the visa programmes available through USIT. It's always nice to chat with someone not only knowledgeable, but more importantly, passionate about helping students / recent grads plan their trip overseas.

I had a call with one of your employees named Lindsay and she was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, sent all lots of additional information that was very useful and helped draft a cover letter for my job hunt.

Today I spoke with Róisin over the phone. She was so lovely and explained everything so well to me. She made me want to go to America even more by explaining how easy the company can make things for me. After the phone call Roisin sent me an email explaining everything again in great detail for me, which was brilliant because I would of forgot most of the things. Roisin was more than helpful with all of my questions about summer camps for 2023. She took time to answer each question fully and offered advice about the application process where needed. I feel much clearer about the whole process now and am convinced that this is the company for me to make the J1 experience the best it can be!
