I took the returns parcel to a jack & jones store to find out you can’t return online returns to a store. The store worker told me lots of customers do the same. Seems ridiculous to not be able to return online orders to a store

We completely understand your frustration and can appreciate why this situation was disappointing. We realize it may seem unusual that online orders cannot be returned in one of our physical stores.
Unfortunately, our online store and our physical retail stores operate as separate systems. Because of this, store colleagues are unable to process returns for online purchases, just as our online customer service team cannot directly handle purchases made in-store.
