It was left on the stairs on the ground…

It was left on the stairs on the ground floor, I was upstairs (3rd floor), the courier didn’t bother to come upstairs and ring the bell. Luckily I was at home and seen the delivered notification on my phone and collected right away. The parcel could have disappeared as others have in the past. Terrible service

My order has sat as ‘dispatching’ for 5…

My order has sat as ‘dispatching’ for 5 days. When trying to raise a question via support I just get stuck in a loop talking to an AI robot. Really frustrating, clearly zero interest in customer service, please do yourself a favour and avoid!

Problem - you taking to virtual assistant- I’d paid with real money will be nice talk to real person.
Problem not solved of course but thousands emails , offers coming every day. Of course I do expecting email from

No updates, no tracking available just a static location. Lost my order, then recovered it so deovery was 2 weeks after ordering.

Order was processed then I was given a tracking number. The tracking number did not work so I contacted Jack &Jones several days after delivery due date to inquire about my order to say there was a delay. I specifically wanted a t-shirt which…

I specifically wanted a t-shirt which was 100% cotton, rather than a poly-cotton. (Pure cotton is easy to recycle, and, in my opinion, wears better and is less sweaty in hot weather.)

The t-shirt which I bought was advertised as pure cotton, but it turned out to be 60% cotton / 40% polyester. You can imagine how I felt.

I'll be returning it soon, although I resent paying a £2 fee. I'm returning not because I'm capricious, but because you sell products which don't match their descriptions.
