BOYCOTT AT ALL COSTS. Hit a bonus at £5 and the game conveniently refreshed and I wasn’t awarded the bonus. Also had £276 in the account and it wouldn’t let me withdraw, spoke to an agent they couldn’t tell me why the withdrawal failed and that was that, no bonus returned either, just read the review this site is a NO GO at all costs

So they have technical issues and your withdrawl fails. You’re told to wait 72 to get your money it’s doesn’t arrive you’re told to wait 72 hours from each contact you make with them.
Their issues not mine do I can’t get a hold of my money.
Rest assured if I owed them they wouldn’t wait 72 hours to take it back.
Customer support useless and they “ understand your frustration” your understanding is not producing MY money though is it????

Every time you play on the slots it over charges you on each spin. If you keep a close eye you can see it charging twice sometimes for thr same spin. I am now going to delete the app. I would recommend people avoiding this site/app.

An update on my complaint - playing with Jackpot Joy I got a winning of £5000 and thereafter a win of around £300 give or take. Jackpot joy gave me my lower win which was requested after my £5k but held the bigger win telling me I had to do an enhanced verification. Bearing in mind I had this account since 2019.
They told me that I did not pass without any explanation and told me my winnings were void and my account was closed.

After research and digging and doing some investigation it has come to my attention that the law has been broken.

Under UKGC Licence Condition 17.1.1, operators must not make the processing of a withdrawal conditional on verification that could reasonably have been requested earlier.

I have now went the full way with the complaints process and now I have a case open with ECogra. I will be taking this the full way.

Tried to force me to reactive my account once i requested the account be closed and outstanding balance withdrawn. Would not pay-out unless i reactivated my account. Reported to gambling commission.

This company is a scam!! Can take money out your account but cannot pay winnings!! Deposited using apple pay and won 2.5k but because it wasnt used with my registered card on my account and used apple pay instead they voided the winnings!!! Disgusting!!

won minor win £48.90 they closed my account and i sent documents they never gave me my money clearly a scam now having to they refuse to give me back my £10 left on account balance after i transferred £25

Signed up to the promo offer bet £10 receive £10 free bet. I never received the free bet so contacted live chat after my qualifying bet settled only to be told I had selected the casino offer instead which was not true. As I didn’t keep a screenshot as proof, I had no evidence so I immediately closed my account. I would avoid this bookmaker.
